This staff is very likely to go the extra mile to get you where you want to be. I feel very comfortable in their hands. Great environment! If your a dungeon lifter this isnt the place for you. But if you are anywhere from a beginner to a veteran this would be a great fit.

I second what the last review said. The circuit training element is what makes the difference and the variety of exercises that Jason knows and how he can switch things up. I usually get a package then meet once per week and then go on my own a couple of times that week and then when my motivation goes down I usually go more times with Jason so I get some motivation and make sure I get the most out of the gym. He's awesome.

I hate working out. I hate cardio, I hate spending time at the gym that I could be spending doing something else.
But Jason gives me new and different workouts, and they are so fast and effective, I love them!!!

We do "circuit training" which basically is that I do three different exercises one set at a time so that while one muscle is resting I do the other two exercises and then I start at the first one again. Not only does this keep th workout interesting, but since I'm immediately moving to the next exercise, I keep my heart rate up, I'm sweating up a storm, and that means I get my cardio workout at the same time that I'm doing my muscle workouts. It's great!!! I'm not bored anymore, everything stays fresh, and most important of all it works. I used to ignore my muscles and just get on the cardio machines and be bored out of my mind.

Now I'm getting muscle tone in the right places, not getting bulky at all, and getting tighter from losing weight from the fast pace.
Plus Jay is such a nice guy and he keeps it fresh, and if there is an exercise I really don't like, he will teach me another one that gets the same effect so I can still get the benefit but with another exercise. and he switches my routine up all the time so it never becomes routine.

Be sure to get a package so you save a lot of money; and try to get the package when there is a special.

One thing to make sure of is that you use the free session first. That way you will know if a personal trainer is right for you. ANY personal trainer or gym that doesn't give you a free session ---run the other way. It means they suck and they know it. Besides, not everyone is right for everyone; you want to make sure personalities mesh, so any gym that forces you to buy a package before trying is ridiculous.
