I have taken my car to this shop. These people have taken thousands from me and my car is still giving trouble. There customer service skills is awful, they are rude and just try to shut you up and get you out their face as quick as possible. They say they have certified techs,Which is totally not believable.I warn you DO NOT take your car to this shop.

I've been taking my Acura here for regular maintenance about 2 years. Can't beat their price for an oil change, and they wash your car too. They also did the front brakes and were less than half the price of what the dealer wanted. I also had some major repairs to a 1997 Honda Accord, it needed a new radiator and had a few other engine issues which they took care of for a very good price. I have several other family members that use them also and have always been very pleased.

I had my truck engine rebuilt, including the engine head and lower block, at Ceritifed II on the corner of 7th street and Hwy 18 in old Victorville. When I picked up my engine, Certified gave me a 75,000 warranty. I took my engine home and installed it in my truck. After I got the engine installed, I tried to start it. A LOT of water came out of my exhaust, and I shut the truck off. I towed the truck back to Certified II and told them there was a problem with my engine. They tried to tell me there was no way they could have known the head had a crack in it before doing extensive work on rebuilding the head. This is a lie - there is a test you can do on heads to see if they are in good condition or not. Then they wanted to charge me $950 to install a new head on my truck. I told them I paid them for a brand new engine, and they should fix it. They refused to fix it, and now I am going to court with them. Bottom line: I took them my engine to rebuild, I paid them for it, I installed it, it didn't work, and now I have to take them to court to get a judge to make them settle. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this store.
