HORRIBLE!!!
INCOMPETENT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. YOU WILL PROBABLY ONLY BE SEEN BY A NURSE, BUT IT DOESNT MATTER, THE DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE ALL EQUALLY INCOMPETENT.
What the nurse failed to see because she is incompetent is that I had an infected toe which ended up getting more painful and needed in-patient surgery to fix. I went back to MD now and told them what happened and they did not care, telling me "medicine is not an exact science". Calls made to the medical director went unreturned of course, because he only cares about money. He does not care about hiring competent professionals, accurate diagnosis, the health of his patients, only about money, thats it!
If you read all the rest of the reviews that the medical director does not try to delete, most everyone has the same story about being seen by a second by an incompetent nurse or doctor who misdiagnosed them, but not before trying to get them to buy a scripted drug there which turns out to be over the counter. then the problem gets worse and the patient has to pay more money to get it fixed with another doctor who actually knows medicine. the only positive reviews are written by the medical director peter lamelas himself. so save yourself the trouble and agony and pain and money, and AVOID THIS PLACE!

Since moving to this area last year, my son and I have visited MD Now Urgent Care in Royal Palm Beach on several occasions.

The offices are clean and well-kept. Bottled water is generally offered to patients while waiting, which is a nice gesture.

The doctors are terrific at assessing illnesses and injuries. We have found them to be highly professional and compassionate. The other medical staff (i.e., nurses, etc.) are also very good and a pleasure to work with.

Experiences with the front desk staff are a bit of a mixed bag, however. At times, you will encounter a very helpful receptionist. With others, you will be treated with indifference. This appears to be the only area of the practice requiring some extra attention and careful staff selection.

Otherwise, our experiences have always been positive and we would strongly recommend this walk-in health provider to others seeking medical care.
