BMAC Auto Sales

I think that bmac auto sales has the worst representatives. I went in there as a customer trying to buy a car and got accused of being a slut. employee Ismael accused me of having an affair with another employee. I dont even know who Ismael is and his reasons for saying that but i was sexually herrased at Bmac Auto Sales and nobody did anything about it. Customers deserve to be treated as we are customers, they need from us customers just as much as we need from the dealer but causing problems to people just because they have nothing better to do is not right and that proves their lack of ethic. How ever it makes me feel better to have made a sexual police report against bmac auto sales and their emlpoyees................. HOW CAN U GUYS SLEEP AT NIGHT?

well ive been a customer from BMAC FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS THESE REVIEWS ARE ALL MIXED UP ONE THIS HIS ABOUT AUTO SALES NOT THE FINANCE COMPANY !!!!! YES MY CREDIT HIS BAD I WAS GIVEN THE BOOT EVERY WHERE I WENT NO WANTED TO HELP ME .I WALKED IN WITH NOT MUCH DOWN THE CAR I BOUGHT WAS USED AND NOT PERFECT BUT NEITHER WAS MY CREDIT BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS MY CAR BROKE DOWN 2 MONTHS AG0 AND IT WASNT COVERED THRU MY WARRANTY BUT JESSE STILL HELPED ME GET IT FIXED AND LET ME BORROW A CAR AT NO CHARGE !! the worst company ever dont ever buy from them you will get taken...everyone who works there are crooks and they will do any and everything in their power to screw you...BBB needs to shut this business down and take away jasons lisence and jessie need to be fired and never re-hired anywhere....crooks...liars...thieves and any other bad word that you can think of describes them

I purchased a SUV from BMAC in May 2009 and in the beginning all was fine. I was told I'd receive my registration and plates in the normal time frame of 4 - 6 weeks. I contacted my sales rep, Jesse (Mr. Congeniality) and was told he would speak to the person who submits the registrations and get back to me. It is now going into Oct with 1 month left on the drive out tags (valid for 6 mos) and Jesse has yet to call me back on this issue. I've called every other week trying to get this resolved, but he just tells you what you 'might' want to hear to get you off the phone. Going there in person doesn't help either....the sales team miraculously disappears. I called today to ask for the owners name and number and was told that information is not privy to customers. I am so disappointed in this transaction, I've contacted the BBB of Southern California to see if they can assist me in this issue and what my rights are in dealing with BMAC.

I purchased a car almost two years ago and have regretted ever since! I have never missed a payment and when my bank made an error rather than call me to tell me there was a problem, they turned off my car. Yes, they turned it back on, but that is not the point. After two years with no problems, you would think they would give a customer the benefit of the doubt. They also do not provide you with a statement with a running balance. AND they lied when I bought the car and said they would refinance after 12 months only to find they can't because they are not licensed for it. They also lied and said I was buying my car with factory warranty which I found out was void because the car had been in a front end collision.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

TERRIBLE HARRASMENT, ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, and does not care if you have a situation, once that got you behind the eight ball it is over. Stay away... I posted another to this review and if BMAC doesnt like the truth they have it removed.... I regret the day I ever spoke to a salesperson.... Getting my self ready to ride the bus, accounting will not work with you under any circumstances, DO NOT BUY HERE!

He was so nice and cut me some good deals.
I hear everyone warning people but when you lose your job like the comment below, that's not BMAC concern, they have their business to run. You need to do your part in being on time.

Sure they will help you in the beginning, but after that be careful, they install a device on your car so if your late they turn it off. I had an issue where i gave them my payment, my card was not working and they didnt call me. They just turned my car off. Also when I lost my job and asked for a deferred payment after paying 8 mo on my car they told me no. now i have another job to start in jan and they didnt care. once they get you they get you. If you ask me they are SHARKS so be careful. all dealers are nice when they are selling the car but how are they going to act after the sale. im going to trade my car in so i dont have to deal with them.

DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL GET TAKEN. Be careful, BMAC Auto Sales might sometimes try and cheat you. But then sometimes BMAC Auto Sales might try and not tell you the truth. However, other times, BMAC Auto Sales could actually take your money until false pretences. BMAC Auto Sales represents the worst of what used car dealers have to offer. DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL GET TAKEN. What more can be said. . .

Oh, if for some reason you want to play with fire, watch out for Jesse, he is the worst. He is a master Ninja of completely robbing the used car buyer. I am a savvy buyer and was completely destroyed by him.

Hey BMAC was so helpful to me, Jessie is the best! I had such bad credit no real money, had just lost my 2006 Maxima(volunt.repo), and I had nothing left. Jessie told me to come in after reviewing my credit history and with only 700 down, I walked away pleased and satisfied with a Lexus. This company is not with the games, no fake presentations, they tell you how it is, and follow that to the line.

I would recommend BMAC to anyone with credit and money problems

I had been given the run around with several car dealers who told me I was approved even after I told them that I had horrible credit. 3 repos charge offs and nothing positive on my report because of past finacial problems, I saw the ad for BMAC on craigs list called and spoke to Larry he was very honest and professional on the phone, I went down to the car lot and found the same car that I wanted that was online, the whole prosess took 45 minutes to an hour and Larry was a big help, I would recommend BMAC to anyone who has been turned down or has horrible credit like me, now I have a second chance to reestablish my credit. If they can't get you a car no one can. My thanks to Larry for all his help...

i HAVE NOT GOT TO PURCHASE A CAR THERE YET, BUT THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL, I HAVE BAD CREDIT AND NEEDED A CAR, AND THEY HAVE HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE AND I FOUND A CAR ON THERE WEB SITE AND THEY HAVE A PAYMENT CALCULATOR, SO THEY TOLD ME WHAT MY INTEREST RATE WOULD BE AND FOR SOMEONE WITH MY CREDIT IT IS LOWER THAN ANY OTHER LARGE CAR SALES LOT WERE OFFERING, AND THEY REPORT TO ALL 3 CREDIT COMPANIES, SO FAR THIS HAS BEEN EASY AND STRESS FREE, IF YOUR CREDIT IS BAD GO SEE THESE GUYS THERE AWESOME, ASK FOR CARLOS

We had lost our home let alone other credit issues and BMAC helped with a new Car Loan to help re-establish a record of payments ontime.There was none of the hassle that you get from new car dealers.We went to 3 dealers who said we were approved later had to return the car.BMAC Staff was awsome and respect was job 1.We had some problems and they helped us out.Our salesperson was Larry and he did our paperwork with no problem,45 min we were done.
I reccomend these guys,there awsome,

All we needed is to prove our income and residence and we were approved.My Son was a first time Buyer with horrible credit but they got it done with no hassle.
