??I was so happy to hear that Jaime had opened a Pilates Studio! Jaime was my Pilates instructor for three years at another location, and I thought she was ?? by far ?? the most knowledgeable instructor I have taken Pilates from. She instructs with a good balance of humor and discipline. She knows when to push me to try more advanced exercises so that I feel I am making continual progress. Most importantly, she pays close and constant attention to body position during each exercise.
