Finecraft Jewelers

I have been dealing with Finecraft for many years. I first became acquainted with Jim and his staff when I took my grandfathers pocketwatch in to be repaired. I had been told by several jewelers that it was not repairable--well, Jim got it done--at a very reasonable price too! Moreover, I often stop by the store when I'm in town just to chat with Jim and his staff. VERY friendly, VERY professional, and VERY, VERY personable. Definitely the place to go if you have jewelery needs!

My family has been doing business with Finecraft Jewelers for many many years. There service is wonderful and the quality of workmanship is unbeatable. This is definitely not your average quality Jeweler. If you want beautifull Jewelery Finecraft is the Place to go.

I went to a few stores before this one to try and find an engagement ring for my fiance. They were the only ones who listened to what I said, didn't try to over-sell me since I had already come in with a family diamond, and were very supportive, polite, and had amazing service. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and my fiance and I are definitely going back to Finecraft Jewelrs for our wedding rings!

As the owner of this business, I have no idea who or what this is about, nor does my staff (three people). We do not exchange jewelry here, we sell it and do repairs. I would never have anyone feel that they were an inconvenience here. If you feel you have been treated badly, please come see me, the response will be "What can we do to make you happy". While there is an adequate selection of jewelry at Finecraft Jewelers, I have had poor experiences at this store. I left a pair of earrings at the shop to be exchanged and didn't hear from them for four months. When I went in person to inquire, I found they had put them in their window display for sale! Unbelievable. In all of my interactions with the staff about these earrings, I have been treated as if I were an inconvenience. Hopefully my case is an exception, but I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know.
