.

My horrible experience at the KFC on upper Peach Street started at the drive-thru. I couldn't hear the girl on the speaker. Then when I got to the window, she claimed to be out of Diet Pepsi (then finally went to another fountain in the store and found it), I had to ask for extra salt 4 times between her and the Manager, and when my food was FINALLY done, she attempted to hand me my 2 drinks with no drink carrier and claimed they were "out" of drink carriers (at a drive-thru window, come on!!).
Here comes the best part -- I took the food back to the nursing home where my mother resides to eat with her, opened my sandwich, and noticed something sticking out from inside. It turned out to be the finger of a plastic glove INSIDE my sandwich. Needless to say, I was sick to my stomach. I took the sanwich back to KFC and the manager was 'kind' enough to reimburse me my $1.05 for my sandwich. He also made the girl who waited on me apologize (apparently it was her glove, who knows). People are telling me that I should have sued, but I'm not like that....just want to spread the word.....don't eat there.
