Past and Present Construction has been remodeling a neighbors house in Frederick, MD for about a year now. Our neighborhood continually has problems with their employees and contractors parking in private driveways in the alley area and acting rude when asked to move. It would be very easy for them to park on 4th street which is not metered. I have seen public display of affection multiple times between employees/contractors early before and late after their work day in the alley. I can not comment on the quality of their work but can confirm as well as many neighbors the daily inconvenience of their presence.

Past and Present Construction does all types of work. They do basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, patios, new construction, remodeling, and additions. Very honest, easy to work with, and they communicate very well. A company that does a great job and actually cleans up every day after themselves. A total pleasure to work with.
