I walked in for appt and they told me they couldnt fit me in and I could come back at 730 in the morning. Or call the office off Galloway. So I left and called Galloway office, for a hour straight no one would answer and I left messages and no one would call me back. Had to take her to the hospital because she was in that much pain. I take My son there too and everytime get bad customer service and attitude. Done with these locations!! And no one is answering now when I'm trying to schedule follow up visit.

i took my son for the 1st time a few months ago and this has been bugging me! it was the location on elam rd, and it was so discusting!!! the waiting room was dirty, the restroom no toilet paper, smelly and also dirty. the worst part were the rooms! there were holes in wall, spider webs under top cabinets, mold around the sink, the floor and walls were so dirty! then to top it all of the doctor used the same tongue stick that was sitting there and was probably used on my other kids. i was so shocked that i couldnt get any words out of my mouth! my son was more sick after that visit.. NASTY and VERY UNSANITIZED! WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK TO THAT CLINIC!

The clinic on the first floor is the worst place I've ever been - dirty, furniture and walls in disrepair, but worst, the rudest nurse and doctor (not sure which one - one is really nice) ever. I took my grandchildren there because they take Star Health, but can no longer stand it... We're trying again to find a better place. I hope we're successful...

I took my two children for initial visit at 3230 I-30 and was horrified by what I saw. The nurse used the same pair of gloves to give shots to both my children. To make the matters worse, she never washed before or after the cares. Soiled cotton balls and alcohol wipes were left lying on the exam bed during the whole visit. I complained to the physician( he was courteous) and even showed him the mess on the exam table. He promised to address this issue The fact that my children are sisters does not allow same pair of gloves to be used for both of them. I am nurse myself and I didn't want to gamble the health of my children another time in this pediatric clinic. I will never a gain go to 3230 I-30. I now go to a different pediatric clinic. Please WASH HANDS and don CLEAN GLOVES.

I use to go to the clinic on N Galloway but in the past 2 years or so we go to the one off of I-30. I am not usually picky about clinics as well as doctors as I understand there are several in the practice and have worked in doctor offices myself.

However, I will no longer take my child (and my newborn) to this clinic every again! We were patients there for the past 4-5 years and until this year they have failed to meet any expectations whatsoever.

Dr. Nunez is very nice and thorough along with several other doctors in the practice. Dr. Davila however is not. Her "bed side manner" and appearance is appalling! I have never been more dissatisfied with a doctor in my life! My child saw her twice (giving her a second time). It is because of her that we will no longer be patients there.

After stating that fact we received a bill from them. I have NEVER received a bill in the past. (My child has both insurance and Medicaid). After calling the billing office they told me to call Medicaid to be sure. Shouldn't they already know this? My job to call Medicaid?! I called Medicaid and sure enough there should be no bill. I called back and she said they would bill it. AMAZING! They are just going to bill the difference!!! Shouldn't they have tried before?!

It is any wonder they are still open!

Every time I call this clinic to make an appointment for my kids I'm always put on hold for more than 5 min and when they do answer they don't even know they put me on hold and put me on hold again there is terrible receptionist there and rude I'm tired of this clinic and I'm starting to look for another one with professional receptionist ASAP?

I truly have felt impressed by the doctors care here at this clinic! The doctors have always gone out of there way for my children! I would never consider going any where else.

I'm not very picky about doctors but I got so fed up with this clinic I had to switch to a different one. Each time we went, the waiting room was packed and we had to wait over an hour after our scheduled appointment time to see the nurse. Plus the waiting room was always so hot, I guess because of all the people in there.

At the baby's first appointment, the nurse had to draw blood from baby's heel, which took her about 10 minutes to do. The whole time, my baby was screaming in pain. It's to be expected that she would cry, but the nurse couldn't get all the blood she needed, so she just kept squeezing my baby's heel over and over again. I took the baby back at about a month old because she was constipated. The CPNP recommended giving her Karo syrup. I asked him if it was safe to give a baby pure sugar and he said yes, it was perfectly fine because the baby couldn't digest it and it would pass right through her system. Well I tried it and it didn't work. Then I called to make the baby's two-month-old appointment and was given an appt for Saturday May 26th. We showed up and there was a sign on the door that they were closed for Memorial Day!!! So I called on Tuesday and made an appt for the next Saturday. We were 15 minutes late to our appointment and the nurse said we would have to reschedule because there were too many people waiting (walk-ins). The next Saturday appointment they had was for 2 weeks after that. By that time, my baby would be over 3 months old. I told the receptionist to forget making another appointment that I would find another doctor. I switched to Lone Star Pediatrics in Kaufman and couldn't be happier with my choice to switch. See my review of them before going to this clinic in Mesquite.
