Although Auto Parts Warehouse quickly sent me their parts. When I returned the part(s) that they wrongly listed as working for my car, they have refused to refund my money. I followed their instructions and labels and called and verified the returns. It has been 3 months and almost $700. is in their pockets. I will NEVER recommend their services and warn others that they should be adviced that return policies sound good but unless they follow through, they are not worthy of a good review.

Autopartswarehouse is definitely one of my favorite sites, and what I love most about it is how it makes my online shopping experience so painless. It provides a wide variety of items on sale. The layout is absolutely user-friendly which helps me find the parts I need in a snap. My first impression of autopartswarehouse.com is that it is a good for nothing site. But then, through the convincing powers of a friend, I decided to try and buy some Jeep accessories here. I thought I was gonna regret doing business with them. I was wrong. Delivery is so fast and the prices are really affordable. There are no extra charges and even the shipping is free. From then on, autopartswarehouse.com has become my favorite online shop.

Customer assistance is remarkable. The agents are friendly and they respond efficiently to your concerns. The delivery is fast. They will never let you wait for weeks. I have purchased a throttle body spacer from auto parts warehouse. I was very glad that I bought this product at the right store.

They just don't sell me this product but they have informed me as well. My primary objective was to improve the quality of the airflow, allowing air that is more condensed and so more oxygen will enter my combustion chamber. But I didn't know that the result of this is a more efficient burn, which serves to release more energy from the fuel, making more horsepower available and this is the fact that their agents made me realize while ordering this stuff in the process. Again, Thanks for a very pleasant & informative experience!

I, myself is a skeptic in terms of shopping car parts online before had my first purchase at autopartswarehouse. The negative comments I've been hearing about the company added to what used be skepticism. But my curiosity eventually gave in and I tried to purchase shock absorbers from them. Guess what? I was pretty much impressed with their service. I never experienced anything like that of the negative comments written about their service, delay, etc. Well, I guess you can count me in as one of their satisfied customers.

I love cars and really want them to look great and different all the time. I want to dress it up always, got a Lancer. APW was introduced by a friend and tried getting my car stuffs from them and I was impressed. Nice website, great customer service, competitive prices and on-time deliveries. Experiencing problems at times but still they make it up to me always.

Definitely tell my friends about this one.

I had a great experience with auto parts warehouse. I placed an order with them for EBC Brake Rotors shocks and EBC brake pads for my 2000 Nissan and i got them in 2 days. I didn't have to pay shipping and it saved me over $50 off. I highly recommend them.

I never been much in for shopping online, with all the news of online business scams and other risky stuff.. but this online shop made me trust more online shopping sites. they have a great selection of auto parts and accessories, even hard-to-find stuff are there and i didn't even have to make a call to their live help to complete my purchase! The site is great that you need just to order everything from it.

This online shop is simply amazing compared to other shops. This one is hassle free. I don't have to deal with the problem I usually encounter when buying from an on-line shop especially when I get pissed off just by ordering in their site, it should be just a simple work. It was just last week when i bought tail lights for my Honda CRV from autopartswarehouse. Quite expensive, but cheaper compared to other online shops. Its always there when I need it. They gave me their word, and they complied.

It's just that they offered free shipping then was a day late. but this was ok compared to other sites i ordered from that shipped weeks late. I will buy from here again. cheap prices will make me a repeat customer.

A friend recommend this online auto parts retailer as one of the his best site where he get his car parts. So, I did tried purchasing from Auto Parts Warehouse to see if its true since I've looking for a good online auto parts retailer since I got my car a couple of months ago. Shopping in Auto Parts Warehouse is so easy. The site is user friendly and the customer assistance is so helpful. I never had any problems with them. delayed deliveries are just normal. I mean all online shopping experience those hassles. They're not really a BIG DEAL. Besides, Auto Parts warehouse always make up for late deliveries. Like what happened to me one time. My air filters didn't arrive on time so they gave me a discount coupon for my next purchase. See what I mean? They really are GREAT.

Auto Parts Warehouse delivered a quality customer service when I ordered a Ignition Wire Set for my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I actually love it especially the ease of ordering but of course with the assistance of the a customer service agent, by the way the agent is so nice I can tell from her voice that she's having assisting customers like me and for that I commend for her service. I love shopping with Auto Parts Warehouse, I never expected that shopping would really be this fun!

Just like any other online shopping. There are issues/problems customer like me is experiencing.Its either the product or the service itself. My husband and I just purchase a Ignition Coil -OEQ for our Mazda and we were able to order it easily without any problems. But when we receive the item it was a Ignition coil but a different brand from what we order. I personally called their customer service and let them fix the trouble. Instead of getting mad and frustrated, I found myself dealing with them. The person I'm talking with ale to explain very clearly what had happen why we did receive an incorrect product because of our mistake when w ordered it. And she give me instruction on how to RMA the product and promised that we will be receiving the new proper one after 3-6 working days. We were able to receive it after 6 days and we got the correct one..

This was my 2nd time to purchase a specific product online but the first one was just a book from amazon. Anyway, I decided to purchase the needed car accessories on-line because I think it is very convenient and almost all of the people now-a-days are using the internet for purchasing things so I think I must be familiar with these things right now.

I just needed some mud flaps and new floor mats for my truck and I ask some of my friends, who are very fond of purchasing things on-line, on where they usually purchase the things they need for their cars. They gave me a couple of websites and I end up purchasing at AutoPartsWarehouse.com. Maybe because I find that website easy to navigate and easily found the accessories I need.

Waited for 3 days, supposed to be just 2 days delivery but it's just fine for me because I think this is a common problem for on-line retailers. And also when I tried to call them they assured to me that it would be delivered the next day and would do something about this so that it won't happen again. Another thing is that the agent who attended my call was very friendly and patient.

That's why even though I got my product late I still gave them a 5-star rating!

I am very satisfied with the service the APW (auto parts warehouse) provided me. I got two Skunk2 Silencer for my Mitsubishi Lancer . One for me, the other for my friend. The ordering part was very easy, and they delivered my Silencer within two days. I repeat, their service was very satisfying, or perhaps excellent.

The only regret I have is the car part itself, the Skunk2 Silencer. It wasn't as effective as it was advertised. Maybe I was expecting too much or somethin, but Blimey it wasn't good enough. I should have bought a different brand. Bloody Hell!, I felt like Skunk2 bit me arm. Oh well, that's life. Sometimes you buy the product, but it was not satisfying as it should be. Don't worry, I'll be ordering again from APW, only this time I will be wise in choosing the brand.

I am very particular with every car part or car accessories that I purchase on my car because I recently had a total car modification, engine parts and the exterior parts of my car. But recently I got my wiper blade broken, so I went to this on-line store to check if they have the exact wiper blade that I need and purchase it. This on-line store is one of my trusted e-commerce website regarding car parts and accessories. An I've recommended this to most of my friends and also relatives

After I got my wiper blade I called my own car technician to go replace the wiper blades I have (even though I know how to do it because I'm busy with my own business) and perfectly fit on the wiper arm of it.

I always been annoyed in purchasing stuff from the internet because the first time i did it I almost trow my money for nothing and mad me really frustrated. But just last time around, I have to choice but to take the risk of purchasing an item for my car from the internet since I have no time left to go else where I can get one because of my busy schedule. The brake rotor of my car was damage and to be change as soon as possible for my own sake, as per my mechanic's advice.

I had to search the web where I can get one the fastest possible. I got a glance at US Auto Parts Warehouse and was capture because they do offer affordable price unlike other that I had visit. I asked my mechanics if US Auto Part is a reliable company he said: "yes you can purchase from them." Maybe he had an experience with the company before. So, with all my second thought of purchasing from the web I did tried. I have to call their support to make sure that I order - just for assurance - and when can i expect the item. I'm pretty sure that I was talking with a different nationality but he was very courteous and said I'll be receiving the within 4-7business days. It was fine but of course I wished it will be earlier, he said it depends on the delivery. So, I expect for the longest day to wait - 7 days.

After four days the brake rotor arrive in my surprise because I wasn't expecting it yet. Good thing that my mechanic was there and was able to check the part. He said this is good we can change your brake rotor today and you can use it buy tomorrow.

I just wanna share this experience I had. It really made me change my idea about online shopping.

It's a good decision to read some reviews here in insiderpages.com because I just purchase a Nissan Fuel Injector and Fuel Pumps from Auto Parts Warehouse.com last week and I got to say the experience of ordering online is really really fun, Imagine for the first time in my life I got to talk live in the net!!! wow!!! I really love their service compared to JC Whitney they keep on offering things even though I don't basically need them.

This is a shout out coming from consumers in general...

We are in a landmark era wherein consumer life has never been the same before. I could not say that "buying" became easier but I should say that it has been "openly available" for all. What do I mean by this?

Buying, or should I say "Shopping", has been even more available for all, not in terms of the capability to buy, but in terms of "where" to buy products from. Importing and Exporting (certain) goods has just been a click away due to the birth and proliferation of "E-Commerce" (thanks to the internet of course). When I say "not easy" I mean the existence and prevalence of counterfeiting and fraud are still evident and possibly even worse. This particular scenario is caused by and large by the absence of a regulatory body or if there exist one, can hardly impose rules and sanctions.

We, as consumers, only want the assurance or that feeling that we get the worth out of our money. If,and only if, we are good and able paying customers, there will be no problem for us to spend so long as, and there should be no exemptions, we get back the worth of our money. However, due to unfathomable circumstances, bad things always happen and consumers (sad to say) are the ones who deal with it.

What constitutes a disaster like this. There are two factors: First, vendor resources. Second, vendor policies.

Vendor resources includes human resources or work force and "machineries". Under human resources are those people who, more often than not, is able to interact with potential buyers. On the other hand, machineries include all other man-made equipment that aids the vendor operation. Both of them are very vital for a successful vendor-buyer transaction and both of them are not that easy to "control" or "moderate". When things go wrong on either of the two, it could get pretty messy I tell you.

Also crucial to a successful vendor-buyer transaction are vendor policies. These, actually, are the guidelines that would set the platform for the whole transaction. Composed of policies, guidelines, rules, and disclaimers, vendor policies outlines the role assigned to each one. Sad to say, but in reality, there exists vendor policies that are not "pro" consumer or consumer friendly.

Bottom line is, bad things happens and we all got to deal with it. Whatever industry, whatever company and however big-shot it may be, and whatever product or service we might be buying and paying for, there is always a possibility that there will be something wrong or unwanted. These are the accidents that happen in real life and there is nothing phenomenal or unique about it. What we, consumers and buyers alike, could and should do is to live up to the fact that we are "intelligent" consumers. How? Research and study before buying and NEVER give in to any hearsay until you've tried it yourself.

I'm not here to say whether auto parts warehouse is a quality parts vendor provider or not and I am not here to guarantee you car enthusiasts to buy from this vendor but criticisms only serves it's true purpose so long as it is not done under the light of black propaganda.

Exercise your right and live up to the expectation of being a smart consumer.

I did not experience any problems with purchasing my needed car parts online, delivery etc. I just confused about the shipping charge you need to have a minimum purchase to have a free shipping. So if ever your just going to buy for a small single product, maybe it is much better for you to go to a physical store rather than order on line but for me it is much recommended to purchase on-line if you have a lot of car parts or car accessories that you need.

But then, I was really satisfied with their service.

i tried as much as i can to avoid online scams and so far, i have succeeded. reading reviews of sites have been very helpful like insiderpages. as an avid reader of reviews, i promised to myself to write reviews for the sites i have visited and transacted business with. when i was shopping for some car spoliers to give as a gift to my brother who is a car enthusiast, i searched through the internet for the best sites to order and have found autopartswarehouse, autoanything and jcwhitney as the popular sites. again to check on these sites, i browsed through reviews for customers' opinions and experiences. i have seen that autopartswarehouse have been rating well among the three and there are even negative comments on autoanything and jcwhitney. there are still some who didnt like the service of auto parts warehouse, but they arent so many as with the other two. and so i ordered at autopartswarehouse and boy, i was never wrong in my decision. the entire shopping process was an entire bliss. they know how to value their customer well by user-friendly site, best order tracking and on-tme delivery. indeed, auto parts warehouse gave a new meaning to easy shopping online.

Before ordering online I consider three (3) things. First, I check the website if they use https:// in their sign-up, sign-in page, order form, etc. because https is the indicator if the form of the page is secured, and Auto Parts Warehouse has that, It guarantees that my personal information is tightly secured. Second, the website must have a neither a Live Help or a Toll Free Number that I contact so that if I encounter some problems I might able to reach the company's customer service dept. so that they can assist me with my concerns, and again Auto Parts Warehouse has that, it only means that they really value their customers. Lastly, the website must have a user friendly interface so that ordering will be easy and the same time looking for a particular item will not that time consuming and again Auto Parts Warehouse has that feature.

Overall Auto Parts Warehouse is not your usual online service. I recommend it to all interested online purchasers.

I find the website very much user-friendly because I'm really new on this on-ling shopping thing, and the prices are decent and the shipping is fast.

I have ordered a few car accessories and there are a lot of variety to choose from. The shipping was just fine and when I got my product, the quality of it was really good.

I purchased a book from US Auto parts, the book was entitle Porsche 968 Book for only $176.95. I'm looking for this book for a few months as a guide for my car if ever I'll have some problem with it. I think the book is cheaper compared to other store. For me the site really works, as it was stated that I have to wait 4-7 working days for the item to arrive. After 5 days the book arrived. I don't even give a call to the company to follow-up my order. And besides from that it's cheaper and less hassle. This is one great customer service. keep it up.
