I placed my order through silverme in March 09 and after being quoted 5-7 days delivery I have yet to receive my goods in May!
I have contacted the owner Monica on numerous occasions and after her initial delayed response, was finally told that the paperwork for my order had not been filled out correctly so there was a problem with customs and that they would immediately send out another parcel.
That was at the end of April and I have still not received anything! I have since contacted Monica countless times and have not got any response at all.
I have now finally heard from silverme and have been promised my items will arrive soon!

Loved this little shop with such personality! Was just walking around downtown this weekend and stumbled on this darling little sterling silver shop. Lovely shop owner, Monica, was very accommodating and helped me select a beautiful bracelet and ring to match. Very affordable and high quality pieces--check it out! As I was leaving, Monica gave me one of her cards which showed a website to visit as well when I couldn't get downtown and wanted to shop for silver. www.silverme.com....I've already visited this site and the pictures don't do the jewelry pieces justice...they are really really better in person!! If you want high quality and affordability...they have great gifts (and things for yourself!!!) for all...they have men's, women's and even some baby items on their website. Check it out, you won't be disappointed and they really do offer a personal touch. LOVED IT!!!

And, who doesn't love silver jewelry...what a discovery I made on a recent trip to So. Pasadena. Great little store tucked away just off of Colorado Street (Rose Bowl Parade Route)...sweet little shop with a no pressure owner who walks you thru each lovely case of delectable necklaces, rings, bracelets, you name it. Not the "usual" stuff you find everywhere...really nice, high quality, high end pieces at reasonable prices. Monica (the owner) helped me select ear-rings, ring and bracelet that really worked for me and I love them all! I get many many compliments on the set and am so glad I went wandering down Holly Street that day. Was looking for a place for lunch, but found so much more in this little shop. Highly recommend you check it out...if you can't go there, try the website, www.silverme.com...where you can find a great selection of beautiful pieces as well. Great place, great customer service...sweet lady to help you and good prices. What else could you want? Go there!!!
