Opera

Awesome drink selection and the atmosphere is amazing. Any time someone asks where I want to go out to eat I suggest Opera. I recommend the diver sea scallops or the black tiger prawn singapor noodles.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the scallops were DA BOMB!!!
Totally going back!
They have a great bar with fun selections!
The service is also great, quick efficient.

I was very excited when Opera came to the neighborhood. I really like the way the restaurant is decorated, and the private vaults are a fun idea. I have been there twice. The first time both the food and service were excellent. We brought another couple the next time and the food was average, the service was below average. For the price you pay, I expect above average food and service every time.

Opera is an upscale Asian restaurant in the South Loop. The atmosphere is very trendy with an interesting assortment of servers and patrons. The mixed drinks are outstanding and the wine and sake list is appealing. The food is terrific and the beef and broccoli is to die for. The prices are somewhat steep but expected for the trendy locale.
