I had made a previous appointment with another company (Sears) and on the day of the appointment they promptly canceled without warning. I called York Carpet on that day, and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the prompt response, and the cleaning was perfect.

I have been using York Carpet service for quite some time now. They have been very consistent with their excellent service. Theyre always very professional, polite and pay close attention to detail. They cleaned my carpets and took out spots beyond my expectations. I will definitely keep using them in the future and I will recommend York Carpet to my family, friends, and everyone else. In a world where it is difficult to find people who take pride in their work, York Carpet deserves a pat on the back! GREAT JOB!

These guys were quick to get my rugs, but slow to return them. They were 3 hours later than scehduled delivery and the rugs were wet. They are pushy to get you to recommend them -standing over you asking you to write one -NOW. Also, their prices went from over $700 for a few rugs to about $400, after haggling. Still a bit pricey for avg service. I have had better service and prices with other cos.

Professional Service With incredible results. Ground in stains on a light colored couch. I had little hope, but the stains are gone and the couch looks like and feels like new.
