Face Reality Acne Clinic

I have been suffering from acne for as long as I can remember. I have tried everything. I can relate to all your frustrations. I was recommended to Face Reality Skin Clinic from a friend. I checked out there site and they had very informative information. When I called them I was experiencing my worse breakout. They fit me in that same day. I was desperate for something to work for me. I really was turned off by Acutane and I didn't want to put my body through such harsh drugs. Everyone was so welcoming and understanding at Face Reality. They really treat you with great respect and make you feel like family. I am proud to announce that after being treated for 4 months, I have been clear for the last month with no breakouts. My biggest suggestion to you is to stick with it. You may get frustrated and want to give you. But stick with it and in the end you will have clear skin. In the moment it felt like forever. Looking back on a lifetime battle I couldn't expect for it to magically go away over night. 4 months is defiantly worth the wait. Thank You All at Face Reality for giving me beautiful clear skin. The face reality acne clinic changed my life! I have suffered with acne my entire life and never thought I would even get clear, especially after spending so much money on products "claiming" to produce clear skin....that's until I stepped into the face reality acne clinic. What a blessing! The entire team is dedicated to helping those that suffer from acne, are knowledgable of medical conditions and how it affects acne, the ambience of the office is very soothing, the staff is polite/caring and the cost of their products are quite reasonable, especially considering that they actually work! Laura is a true genius and healer for acne sufferers. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone thinking that their skin will never clear, like I thought, because if I can get clear, anyone can!

I had been fighting a stubborn case of adult-onset acne - my dermatologist's treatments were not effective, and in fact made my skin get progressively worse. I saw an online review for Face Reality, and decided to give them a try.

After a few weeks of receiving services from Laura, my skin started to clear up very quickly and continued to improve throughout the course of treatment. All of the inflamed acne on my chin cleared up within a couple of months. I also had problems with clogged pores and breakouts around on my forehead all of that is gone now, and has not come back. I have stayed clear for over a year and the marks from my previous acne breakouts have faded considerably. Continuing to use Face Reality's products and coming in for regular in-office "tune-ups" has really helped to keep my skin clear and healthy.

I also want to add that Face Reality products are high-quality and reasonably priced. I believe that by getting the right products from professionals who know what will work on my skin, that I have probably saved money. I can't even imagine what I spent on drugstore and prescription acne products in the past - lots of money wasted on things that did nothing to clear my skin!!!

The staff at the clinic are professional, friendly, and supportive to their clients. Between appointments, they are available for questions and they have always responded very quickly to messages I have left. I would like to add that the clinic has a very pleasant, warm atmosphere it is truly a nice place to come to!

I really couldn't be happier with the services I have received and would highly recommend Face Realitys services to anyone struggling with skin problems. Thanks Laura, you are a true genius at treating acne!!!!

Face Reality is AMAZING! I've been to quite a few of the skin care clinics and estheticians in the area, and I've never seen results like they provide!! The staff is very knowledgable and super nice, and the products... NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL!! The other reviewer must have never been to an esthetician before -- because I've been to other places that charge WAY more, and I got no results! This place is a bargain to say the least. If you have acne, this is the place to go -- trust someone who knows!

And for those of you with ethnic skin -- try them out! I was a little leary because they didn't specifically advertise that they specialze in ethnic skin, but i guess their motto is skin is skin - because I've seen all types of ethnicities there, and their clients rave about the results.

Try them for yourself!!

I liked the fact that my skin got clearer-but I didn't like the fact that to stay clear I would have to continue the use of their ridiculously expensive products. Considering all the suggestions of products Laura was constantly giving me-this burned a hole into my wallet. You can find very similar products online that are not as pricey and you don't have to have someone nagging you to buy more. Considering that their services are not covered by insurance you would think they would at least attempt to make their products affordable-their located in San Leandro (right next to Oakland) for gods sake! Get a clue!
