I just want to say I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal. I was looking for same day service at a great price and reliable auto glass came through for me in a pinch. I needed a windshield and I called many of the local shops out there in the phone book. Sad to say, all I got was a lot of fast talk and gimmicks. Not this company. They were true to their word on timing and price! This company was professional, friendly and helpful.

I had numerous complaints from the beginning these complaints are still not resolved. The owner Greg and manager Craig try to be helpful but never resolved the issues. They had quoted one price and at the end increase the cost 500 over the estimate. I would not go back and definitely would not recommend them I thought they were a good company but not after this experience. I dont know how they have a good rating with bbb.

I've had 2 windshields replaced by Reliable. Both times the technician came right to my work and were done in a timely manner. The technician was very friendly and did an awesome job both times they came out. The lady who scheduled me was very helpful and had great customer service. I would definatly use them again!

I recently had a back glass installed in my brand new vehicle and was VERY pleased with Reliable Auto Glass. I will admit I was nervous, but the technician was very professional and put my mind at ease! I would recommend this company to my friends and famiy.

I had a bad experiance and would not recommend this company... under estimate and then increase the final cost at the end... Damaged the vehicle during installation.... hard to find a decent glass company in az be carefull

First time for auto glass repair. Reliable Auto Glass provided same-day service on MLK Day holiday. The friendly, prompt receptionist contacted my insurance company via 3-way calling to save me time. I contacted them at 11am, was quoted a repair time between 1-5pm, and they arrived at 3pm. I requested that they call when they were on their way. The technician was very nice, in a clean, professional vehicle. A month after installation...no problems.

I work in insurance, and this is by far the best glass service I have seen from any company. They were on time, they called to tell me when they were on their way, and they did a great job. Although they fixed mine for free, I hear from clients that they are inexpensive and very considerate!
