I have spent the past week and a half trying to decide if I wanted to submit a complaint in this forum. After reading everything here, I feel I should. I have been using this salon for the past 2 years. The first thing is the help changes often. My first experience there was awesome. I got a GREAT cut. When I went back to have it it trimmed by the same person, she messed it up royally. Now she is no longer there. I went ahead with someone else and got an okay cut, they are gone. I then saw another and he gave me a perm that I liked. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but I could live with it. Now he is gone! I have seen another stylist a few times and she just doesn't get what I'm asking for. I brought in pictures of how my hair was. It is a simple classic cut. I had more than enough hair to work with as I had grown it long. I even called to say it wasn't quite right and I went in to have it fixed. She didn't even wet my hair. Not even a spritzer bottle! Just cut it dry! And now it is much worse. I cannot fix it any way that looks decent. It is completely uneven and the cut is totally different on each side. She is a great person. Sweet and funny. I truly like her but I have had enough of this salon. I feel that $48.00 for a haircut is ridiculous for what you get. I haven't been happy here for awhile but kept telling myself that maybe it was me. I have been extremely clear the past few times and even brought pictures of ME with the cut I want! not pictures from a magazine. Another thing that really bothers me about this salon is Kim Jordan. I agree with the others who think she is too defensive. I feel that Kim makes her salon look bad in the way she handles these posts. Kim, I AM NOT a competitor! You are disillusioned in thinking you have some Fifth Ave salon. It is an average salon with average stylists. Though they are all very nice and upbeat. Think I'll try Cost Cutter next time. Once I grow out this mess enough that something can be done with it!
Pros: Friendly and upbeat staff. Clean salon.
Cons: Cannot get what you ask for no matter how simple
I love Salon Kroma. I have been going to Kim the owner for years. I even went to her when she was an employee at another salon long before she owned Salon Kroma. Kim truly cares about her clients and wants each one to be happy with their results. The thing I like best about Kim is she is honest. I have very fine hair and if I walk in with a picture of a hair style that just won't work on my hair she will say " your hair is to fine for this exact cut but I can do "this" instead which will be the same concept as that picture". I appreciate her honesty and willingness to work with what I have. I have never been disappointed with my results. If you are looking for a great place and a great cut look no further...
Pros: great results
Cons: non to note
After moving here from Colorado, I searched for someone who made me as happy as my previous stylist. I heard about Salon Kroma from a co worker and gave it a try. I wanted an appointment with Kim, but she was booked in the time frame I needed. The receptionist, Teresa, offered to put me on a cancelation list, but I didn't expect to go before my appointment, but, they did call when Kim had a cancelation! I cannot say enough about how great, sweet, and helpful she was. She consulted with me on what I wanted, and then SURPRISE~~~she did exactly what we had discussed. THEN, step by step, showed me how to style my hair at home. Now, I love my previous hairdresser, but she never did that. Instead of feeling like I will only look that good when I leave the salon, I can now style it pretty good myself. (Well, she still does better than me, but I am not as far off!)
The bonus to Salon Kroma is that it is very easy going and welcoming. Everyone there is very nice, I think 3 different people asked if I wanted something to drink! They made me feel comfortible and I look great. What more could you ask for?
By the way, I would like to say that Kim is a kept secret. If everyone knew how amazing she was with hair color, she would never have a day off. No where on the salon website does it give justice to her knowledge, awards, or the fact that she teaches hair color to other stylists. And one of the greatest things about her is, she is not arrogant. AT ALL. You can tell that she really loves what she does, and I have the pleasure of wearing it!
Pros: excellent stylist, helpful, no attitude
I am on the market for a new salon since my stylist moved. I have been researching CitySearch as well as Z Spotlight. After reading the reviews on this site, I must say that I have emphatically crossed this option off my list. Most of the reviews are good and some are bad-- that is going to happen anywhere. When I saw that the company reached out to most of those negative reviews (and some of the positive reviews) I was impressed- that is- until I read the response. They should know that they would be better off not verbally attacking all of the negative reviewers and blaming competing salons. Sure, there are petty people out there who may do that but what of it? Customers are smart enough not to let ONE bad review turn them away. Individual experiences are real and you should allow people to have them and speak freely. Your replies came off as defensive and accusatory.
I want a hip, new place to get my haircut. I don't need someone making me feel worse about my experience if I happened to be less than satisfied with it.
The search continues to find a professional, fun salon...
Pros: I guess I will never know
I absolutely love Salon Kroma. Jill H is my stylist and I would never allow anyone else to do my hair. She gets the color perfect every time and she is the only person who has ever known the right way to cut my complicated hair. I love getting my hair done after a long, stressful day at work because the atmotsphere is very relaxed and it's just a great place to hang out. Not only that, but I always feel like a million bucks when I leave! If you are looking for the best color/cut in Raleigh, definitely check out Jill at Salon Kroma!
Pros: Color, Stylists, Atmosphere
It has taken me a lot of months to decide whether or not to write a review - normally I am not a reviewer and whether I receive good or bad service, I don't comment. However, after reading Salon Kroma's reviews and, more importantly, Salon Kroma's attempt to shoot down every negative review, I felt compelled to write. First of all, I think it's important to understand that EVERY business, even the best in the world, will have off days. Don't you find it a bit odd that Salon Kroma gets so defensive whenever they get a bad review, and further, feel the need to blame it on some unnamed "competing salon"? Let's get real - you are not perfect. If you were, it would be impossible to get an appointment with you because you would be constantly booked. So here's my experience - I read the reviews and decided to try your salon out. I showed up for my appointment on time and waited over 20 minutes before I was told that the stylist I had an appointment with was late and unreachable by phone. The ladies at the front were very nice and apologetic, but nevertheless I had no stylist. I was offered a different stylist, and I accepted. The haircut I received was fine - not great. I did make a second appointment, though, because the stylist (and another stylist who helped me make my next appointment) suggested that I get some color. What a mistake! I am still paying for that poor decision. I went in requesting some red highlights in my brown hair. I was told red would fade too quickly (I do understand that this is true) and instead he would put some natural looking blonde highlights. I am being too kind when I say that my hair looked brown with white stripes. And to top it all off, the highlights started about 1/2 inch from my scalp. I had instant roots! I should have complained then, but as mentioned before, I'm not normally a complainer so I never gave them the opportunity to fix it. But just to let you know - they are not perfect as they would have you believe.
Pros: Free coffee, decent haircuts
Cons: Be careful who you get to do your color
I looked up some salon's in the area and I ended up at Salon Kroma based on the reviews that I saw here and I was sooo happy to finally find a GOOD salon! I had a horrible time finding a salon/stylist that would do a good job with my hair as far as coloring and cutting it in the way that I envisioned. Ive been a customer for several months now and I think all of the stylists do a fabulous job with their clients! The atmosphere is great; it's funky and chill and everyone there is friendly. Kegan always does a great job with my hair and he takes the time to make sure it's what you actually want! If you are looking to find a good salon go to Salon Kroma!! It's one of the better salon's around!
Also, whoever said it was not clean is nuts! It's always clean whenever I go, outside of the normal clutter that you'll see in every salon.
Pros: Awesome stylists, great results, reasonable pricing.
I am searching for a new salon and stylist and think I have found my new home! Everyone here is very friendly and upbeat, and the salon is really clean and kind of funky - just right for someone who is looking for a not "run of the mill" hair style. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was very polite and I could hear everyone in the background was having a really good time, which was very appealing to me!
Amy cut my hair and did a really nice job. She gave me exactly what I was looking for, which was a cut that looks professional and is appropriate for a conservative job, but can be dressed up, too. I will definitely keep going here & recommend it to my friends.
Another thing to consider is that they do not ask you to post a recommendation on CitySearch, unlike some other salons, so the opinions you get here are genuine and not motivated by the prospect of a discount!
Pros: Great amosphere, Very skilled stylists
I went to Salon Kroma after a disaster at another salon. They made an appointment for the next day and were very helpful. The environment in the salon was great; everyone was having fun and chatting which made for a good time! They use Bed Head products and do great color work as well. I highly recommend this salon!
Pros: Fun, Great Results!
This morning I had my first appointment at Salon Kroma with Kegan. I cannot say enough good things about him. I've never had such a positive experience with a stylist, not to mention how sweet the front desk ladies were. He was very professional, friendly and made me feel so at ease. I LOVE the style he cut for me - I feel like a rock star. I just got back to work and have lost count of how many compliments I've already received after 5 minutes through the door. In fact, I was checked out 3 different times before I even turned out of the shopping center! That's new. :P
I've been to dozens of nice salons in the triangle, but always either felt uncomfortable with the too-cool-for-you attitude of my stylist and the staff or just plain hated the haircut. I walked out of there with a new attitude and feeling like I made a friend. I will definitely be back!
Pros: Fantastic service, very friendly staff, cool digs
I went into the salon last week and had kegan cut my hair (not the first time) and as always i asked him for something out of the box and he delivered! He has such a creative mind and always changes my hair up to something new and unique everytime! I would highly recommend him to everyone. Keep on kickin a$$ kegan!!
Pros: Funky atmosphere
This salon is an excellent and clean salon. Their sanitation grade IS posted bedhind th ereceptionist desk, for those of you who say it is not. They have an A and deserve that A. This is salon is very clean, friendly, upbeat, and great designers. Everyone that works at Kroma is awesome. The two reviews talking about this salon NOT being clean, they are very wrong and you should come check and Kroma for yourself. You will not be let down. This is a GREAT salon all around. Kroma keep rockin!!!!!
Pros: CLEAN, friendly, great prices
I totally agree with the "Not clean" review. At first, I thought it was just me. Apparently not.
You said: "I just wonder how many "clients" would actually even know that salon grades are even listed on the website. Seems like something only someone in the business would know."
And I just wonder what the Licensing Board would say after they read what you said? Doesn't the law require that the sanitation grade be posted in salons for the consumer, just like they do for restaurants?
Here is the fact: the sanitary rating for Salon Kroma of Raleigh is in the bottom 20% of salons in Raleigh.
You said: "We would love to have a 100, but if you research the website, you will see no one else does either."
Another fact: In Raleigh, there are at least 5 salons that have 100. A lot of them have 99 and 98.
So, please don't blame it all on competitors. Here is the message to anybody who is thinking of going there: "If you go to restaurants with low sanitary ratings, you have nothing to worry about!"
For all you ladies out there who enjoy finding a new stylist about as much as a new bathing suit, this rating is for you! I can think of only a few things worse than trying to find a new stylist so I spent a lot of time talking to friends and looking at reviews when it came time for me to change stylists. I had heard great things about Salon Kroma and the reviews were mostly positive so I gave them a try. My stylist was Callie and I went in for cut, color and highlights. The salon is clean and orderly. The receptionist was friendly. Callie was professional in dress and manner. She asked me questions, showed me a color chart and we talked about how I styled my hair. The result is FABULOUS. The color is exactly what I wanted and the cut is perfect. While I was there, a lot of different types of people came through the door. Young, old, college students and professional people. Even a little girl of about 6. Everyone left looking great! So, I highly recommend Callie and Salon Kroma.
Pros: Professional stylist, easy parking
My hair has never looked Better!! Rhonda does a fanastic job. Each time it gets better.. I can't believe the results..
Pros: Best price and location
I met Callie during a training night, where my boyfriend volunteered to be a model for training. She asked me if I would come in for a subsequent training night and receive a free haircut. I was a little nervous, but Callie is very professional and friendly. She seemed very confident in what she was doing, so I felt comfortable. So far I've been back to Callie for haircuts ever since! I love the styles she has given me, and she explains what I need to do to keep my cut looking good once I get home. The atmosphere at Salon Kroma is fun and friendly, definitely not pretentions like some other places I have been over the years. I get compliments on my haircut all the time! I haven't had any color done yet, but I won't go anywhere else for a haircut, that is for sure!
Pros: Great atmosphere, excellent service and prices.
I was shocked to see that the salon was not clean! They claim to be the best in the area, but when I looked at the health scores of hair salons on the Licensing Board web site, I found out that there are 513 salons in Raleigh, and only 95 salons - 18% - have a lower health rating than Salon Kroma!!! What a shame! I will not be going back!
Cons: not clean
Salon Kroma is the best. I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute and then I really need a cut and color. Kim fits me in so it works with my schedule. I will not let anyone else touch my hair. I have gone elsewhere and they only mess it up, so I came back to Kim. Dana takes very good care of my daughter and seems to know exactly what she needs also.
When my friend from New York visits, she even goes into Salon Kroma while she is here. They really are the best!!!
I have never REALLY been happy with a triangle salon experience until now. Everything else around here seems a little too stifled and uptight. The atmosphere here is great and really makes you comfortable. The cut and shampoo Amy gave me was the best i've had since i stopped driving an hour out of town. I hope to go back very very soon. Thanks Amy, You ROCK!!!
Pros: Staff and the Atmosphere
***** Not sure why, but the site isn't letting me give five stars as I'd like. I highly recommend this salon.
Kim Jordan cut my hair in February when I was in Raleigh for a few days. It was a blunt cut for long hair that held a great shape for months. She went out of her way to help me set up the appointment, e-mailing me even late at night (I live in a different time zone) and when the salon closed for a rare snow day on the day of my appointment, she came in an hour early the next day to cut my hair. I think that's unusual and fantastic. It's dedication and talent like this that makes a great hair salon.
Pros: **I only had a cut, can't evaluate color/highlights, don't think this is a day spa.
I have known Kim Jordan since I was knee high to a grasshopper. She has stayed at work until midnight fixing one of those crazy teenager mistakes so that I could look presentable at my grandfather's funeral. Last year when I became engaged there was no question who would do my hair. Kim and her staff got me exactly the right color that I was dreaming of. On the big day Kim and Deanna had me feeling like a PRINCESS!!! I could not have asked for more. Thanks to the whole staff at Salon Kroma.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Staff well educated
Salon Kroma is the best place in the triangle to get a great color , cut and highlights! After going to four different hair salons throughout the triangle and being completely dissatisfied, I did a Google search and came across Salon Kroma. Both Calle and Rhonda are true professionals who understand the complexities of hair color and are able to achieve wonderful outcomes. If you are looking for a great change, I highly recommend both Calle and Rhonda at Salon Kroma. in Raleigh.
Pros: The atmosphere is warm and friendly; as soon as, you walk into the door, Marlene graciously greets you with a warm, "Hello"
They know the true art of hair styling. The artists are amazing & know which color & cut will best compliment your style. I highly recommend this salon!
Pros: Flexible with appointments, great products, amazing color & style
Its very hard to find a great hairdresser even coming from Florida, but I was very suprised to find a very imaginative hairdresser and even reasonable!!!!
Bobby is the best. I have difficult hair to cut and was referred to him by a friend after a horrifying haircut and color experience. My hair was in ruins. He did a wonderful job bringing my hair back to looking healthy and attractive. I have been going to him for at least a couple of years now. He is consistent in giving an excellent cut and color. I have the comfort of knowing that my hair will always look wonderful when I leave Salon Kroma.
I moved to Raleigh last summer from Charleston, SC where it took me years to find a stylist. Salon Kroma was my first attempt to find one here ... I loved working with Kim. She took time to speak with me about what I wanted that day as well as down the road. She takes time to get to know her customers and fit the cut to the personality!
I had such a great experience, I decided to put my 9-year old in the chair. Kim was fantastic! She not only gave my child a GREAT cut - she helped with self-esteem and educated her about care of her hair as well. With two great experiences behind me, I decided to put my three year old in the chair as well! I was even more impressed. My daughter loves Kim and I love her haircut! I get stopped regularly by people wanting to know where she gets her hair cut. I have been stopped so many times, I have started keeping a stash of Kim's cards in my purse.
Pros: Customer Service, Parking
I've been going to Amy for several years now and she never disappoints. She is always willing to work me in and accommodate my schedule. She does a great job on both hair cuts and color. I highly recommend Amy and Salon Kroma in Raleigh.
Pros: Parking, Service, Easy to Find
I have been getting my hair lightlighted for 20+ years and not just in NC. I have also tried different salons listed on NC City Search before finding Salon Kroma. I have found "Kim" to be the BEST ever -- not just here in NC -- but any where. Period. Thanks Kim! I Love it!
I chose Salon Kroma after reading many of the great reviews here on citysearch. I am a natural brunette and wanted to give blonde a try. I felt I had researched enough and was confident when I made my appointment with Salon Kroma. Well, all the fears that I had became a reality. I went into the salon asking for a medium blonde. I even brought along a picture to show the stylist. She didn't give me any kind of indication that this might be a problem. I specifically told her I do not want any red, just blonde. I left it to her (the professional) to figure out how to accomplish this. After four hours in the salon I left with an awful combination of blonde and red streaks, some parts were kind of striped. It was an absolute horror. It looked like I had tried to do it myself. The color was a nightmare and the cut wasn't so great either. The bangs were too long and uneven.
I called the salon up and they told me to come back in the next day. I ended up in the chair for another four hours. My hair is worse than it was the first day. It is destroyed. It is so dry I can barely run a wide tooth comb through it. It is coming out in chunks. In the past I have had color, perms, bodywaves -- nothing had ever destroyed my hair before this. My hair is this horrific color. I hate to say blonde, it's more like yellow but it has a brassy orange look to it and there are still stripes of red all over it. I am embarassed to go anywhere. At church people couldn't believe I went to a salon. They just assumed I tried to do this myself.
Salon Kroma claims one of theirs services is color correction! HA! I'll have to find another salon to help me with that. But I believe I should get a full refund and they should have offered some kind of deep conditioning treatment or something. I went in with a healthy head of hair. It will be years before I have that again.
If you are considering Salon Kroma think again. I've never regretted anything more.
Cons: awful color, bad cut,
with the first visit, i felt like i was in good hands. kim brought back the "sassy" me i lost a few years ago. great cuts and perfect color every time. well worth the price.... remember you wear your hair everyday!
THANKS AMY for the first time in years i feel like my hair cut and color was worth the price i paid for it!
Pros: the staff, the parking
I went to Salon Kroma the first time this week and had a hair appointment with Deanna. I havent been this happy with a haircut in the seven years I have lived in the triangle area. Love the salon everyone is so friendly and the prices are great for the attention and style that you get.
I must say it is amazing what media these days can do for a businss.. I had numerous experiences with various salons on city search and am finding these salons have more hype than they have authenticity when it comes to what they so-call promise. Be warned. I was eager to check this place out after reading all their great 'media' hoping THIS one would be different...notsomuch to my disappointment, it was nothing like they portray themselves. Ahhhh alas, one more attempt to find the right salon....still remain looking for someone or some salon that truly offers GREAT cuts and GREAT service with GREAT atmosphere.
I have been to many salons and had more people do my hair than I can account for. I have not had anyone else color and cut my hair since first going to Dana Neifert 3 years ago. I first started going to her when she worked at Salon Kroma in Cary and followed her when she moved to the salon in North Raleigh. I have never once been unsatisfied with Dana's work. Her wonderful personality, funky style and innate talent makes going to see Dana fun and uplifting. Dana's knowledge in her craft is unmatched - she is always coming up with new ways to color and cut my hair. I have the utmost trust in Dana and let her do whatever she knows will look good, and she hasn't disappointed me ever. I have refered numerous friends to Salon Kroma and Dana. All of them, men and women, have had nothing but positive things to say. Another positive is that it is not over priced like many of the other salons I have gone to - it is worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dana Neifert at Salon Kroma.
reading the numerous praises i had to check this place out for myself. i questioned the rave reviews when i walked into the north market square salon. not only is the salon in terrible need of a facelift, i was reluctant to walk in when i saw no one was in the salon getting their hair done. like other restaurants you have to wonder about the reviews people write. check this place out before booking.
I am from Maryland and am a naturally dark brunette. I have been foiling my hair to light blonde for years. When my stylist of 3 years just kind of disappeared it took me months to find another one I loved, only to end up moving here to NC!! Salon Kroma is about an hour and a half drive for me, and with being new to the area it can be uncomfortable...but its definitely worth it! My first visit was great, Rhonda touched up my highlights perfectly. You would think I would have gone back but since so many Salons have great reviews I decided to look a little closer to home and what a mistake that was!! Putting the long drive aside I found myself back at Kroma, and I will always go back! Rhonda fixed my hair...again, and also consulted with me about keeping it healthy and taking care of it. Her being a blonde too really helps and makes me trust all of her advice. I love the salon, the atmosphere is great, and Rhonda is wonderful. When I move back to Maryland honestly will take the time every 4-6 weeks to travel down here to get my hair done. Its so worth it!
I was referred to this salon by a co-worker. I made an appointment with Callie and got in the next day for a cut and highlight. I was very happy with my hair, she took her time and told me how to blowdry and style. For the first time in my life, I had a stranger approach me and tell me how great my haircut was. That was after styling it myself and being in the humidity and working all day! The salon is a little "different" then what I was used too, it is more hip and a little alternative. I will for sure be going back and if you are looking for a change, try them out!
Callie Denton does a great job and she provides excellent service. I have people coming up to me to ask where I got my hair cut. The service provided at the front desk is great as well. I also like Callie's work station--she has pictures of family and friends--you can tell she really enjoys her job and taking care of her customers.
I have been going to salon kroma for a while to see my stylist Callie Denton...The atmosphere is absolutley astounding. Great customer service and every product imaginable. The people there are fabulous and up to date on every style and fashion imaginable. Kudos to you!!!
I love Salon Kroma!! I have been using stylist Rhonda Green for as long as I can remember. I use to drown my hair in tons of product, blowdry my hair with a comb attachment... all these things leaving my hair dry, brittle, and starting to thin. But with her help and the wonderful TIGI products they use, and some help from the nioxin shampoo too, my hair looks FABULOUS every time I leave! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and seeks to make every client satisfied. i would never use anyone else for cuts and color! You have to try them, if not you are really missing out!
Over the past year, I have been doing my LEAST favorite thing: Salon Hopping. I stayed with the same person for far too long and found I was just not happy with the way my hair was being colored. Salon Kroma is indeed by last stop. I, like many others, read all of the reviews and decided to make the appointment with Kim Jordan. I was impressed with the attention Kim gave to me. I instantly felt at home, and unlike the others below, find that the laid back, relaxed atmosphere is a major plus. Kim is extremely busy, but still made time to email me (sometimes after midnight) and call me to schedule hair appointments for my upcoming wedding. I am very pleased with my highlights and cut, and after taking Kim's recommendations, find that my hair looks and feels healthier. I would definitely recommend Salon Kroma. If you are interested in scheduling with Kim, definitely try to do it early because her schedule fills up quickly!
seems that there is a salon in the triangle that truly knows how to apply color! in my situation, corrective color. unfortunately I made the mistake of visiting an overrated, overpriced local salon inside the beltline for my coloring and my hair was distroyed. I saw Salon Kroma in a local magazine and figured I'd try them for the color correction. It took quite a while to get my hair fixed but I'm confident that I made the right decision and found a salon i'm very comfortable in at the same time. Thanks Kroma...for giving me back my confidence!
Pros: tigi product wall, well trained staff, comfortable atmosphere
Cons: hidden location
On the prompting of my wife, I attempted this salon with a good faith effort. My wife was hoping I'd end up with some sort of a style (so she calls it). Well, I have learned my lesson. I was uncomfortable in this salon and prefer my 'regular' place. The cut was nothing super, and frankly, needs a bit more professional atmosphere for their prices. May be great for a woman but not necessarily for a male.
Kim, Dana, Rhonda and all the others at Salon Kroma in Raleigh work together to provide a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. Additionally, Kim does excellent work with color and styles to suit a variety of personalities. Way to go, y'all!
Pros: Kim and her color expertise, ambience, parking is so easy
Cons: none observed
After reading all the reviews on this salon, i decided to try this place. I was surprised to understand that this salon apparently just recently came to be, and I didn't get what I expected. The cut is very average, and the interest of my designer (who will remain unnamed) was more focused in the neighboring conversation than doing my hair. So, average haircut, average atmosphere. Lacked professionalism. I don't recommend.
Pros: large staff
Cons: difficult location
Going to have your hair done should be a pleasure, and at Salon Kroma it always is. The staff make you feel like you are special when you walk in and all during your visit. Whether it be cut or color or styling, you can count on getting what you want plus an enjoyable relaxing experience. The staff are trained on the latest techniques and work very hard to give you the most terrific hair experience possible. It is all about what you want!--not just the average salon cutting hair making money.
Pros: Experienced Staff, Desired Results, Good Location
After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give this salon a try. My appointment was with Chris and my color with Dana. I wasn't sure about 2 people doing my new "do, but I have to say, the way they work it there is phenomenal! Chris specializes in cuts, Dana in color. They both talked to me and we all agreed on what I would get. In the end, the greatest, coolest, EASIEST, hairstyle I have ever had. I am 40 years old, not wanting to look 25, but still in style, and this is the place where it can happen. I have never been happier--thanks Dana and Chris!!
Pros: skill, skill, talent
Kim is simply amazing. I had a terrible experience with another salon in the Triangle area, and after reading the reviews here, I went to Kim to for color correction. I was blow away by how helpful and thorough she was with me. She set out a plan for my hair to return to a healthy normal color, and I have been so happy with the results. I would highly recommend any of her staff as well. The laid-back yet hip atmosphere adds to the impecable service.
Pros: Amazing Color Work
Great experience ! Everyone was really nice and professional. I am a guy who likes to get low and high lites every now and then. Dana and Cali did a great job with the color and the placement. i would recommend the salon to everyone. a different salon atmosphere...you can see the dedication and perfectionism in there work.
Pros: value, freindly
got my haircut at kroma twice, both by two different woman. I can't explain the difference. I was going to Tanas before, which is right beside Kroma. Figured I'd try out
Salon Kroma and to my surprise these girls know what they are doing with men's cuts! I'm a professional business man, my head is looking sharpe!
Pros: price, location, stylists
