Poor customer service

I wonder if they want business or not. I called a couple weeks ago to set up a cleaning for my condo but ended up having to reschedule. When I called back today, the woman said, oh well you're in a condo and we probably can't help you. I asked her to look up my condo since I knew the unit above me had used their services. She was completely unwilling to look anything up and just suggested I go somewhere else....
