I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment for a girlfriend and I. Finally, I managed to find an appointment on a Saturday when my friend had the day off. During this phone call, the brilliant girl stuttered, *Can I call you back? Pardon me, I said stunned? *Yeah, I have a customer to check out and if you give me your number Ill like call you back in five.* Instead, I *like called back in five*, reeling at her simplemindedness of not being able to multitask. I made an appointment for two body wraps for 11:30am and gave the receptionist my name and my friends name along with my credit card number to hold the appointment.
The day before the appointment I receive a confirmation phone call stating that I had an appointment the following day at 11:30am. My friend drove 100 miles to have a nice girly weekend only to show up at an appointment that was booked for only one person. I simply said, I made it for two, I gave them her name but they had no record of it. What is the reaction of the staff? I was repeatedly told, *Oh, well our receptionist is always consistent, she always writes it down when there are two people* and *Youre confirmation phone call would have said two people if it had been made for two.* We were made out as liars by the entire staff as if we had staged an elaborate plot to sabotage the reputation of a god of all reception and her perfect records. Please, might I steal such a sharp minded, flawless human away for the engineering business because clearly things are always falling down when my incompetent, irresponsible ass is building?
They snidely offered to *accommodate* us by skipping the measurements and, *wrap you both up really quick before my next appointment.* We were not interested in paying the full $150 price for a quickie but since the manager was on vacation, no one knew how to fish out a calculator and discount a crappy, half-assed package for the two of us. I will never go back and I discourage anyone who is fond of customer service to avoid this place.

I am a new woman! Due to Hypothyroidism I gained 100 pounds before the doctors got it under control with medication. Then I spent a full year working on losing the weight the HARD way through calorie watching and exercise. I still had saggy skin and my body shape was not what I remembered before I got sick. They are pleasant, non-judgemental, encouraging, and most of all very smart in the profession! I RECOMMEND SUDDENLY SLIMMER OF RALIEGH WITH HIGHEST RATINGS!!! Try it once and you will see the benefits. I love my wraps.

I've had a time with my shoulder, and I've had several chiropractor appointments, and after leaving the doctors office I came to see Barb at Suddenly Slimmer and she basted and wrapped me and I felt wonderful. I really could not believe the results! In fact, at my next days doctors appointment my doctor actually asked me what I had done to loosen my self up! When I told him that I went next door to
Suddenly Slimmer, he said "wow, you may have made me a believer, I was always skeptical - but I can really tell a difference"!
SO...after that I broke my pinky toe. I had to wear flip flops for 3 weeks, and after being totally disgusted I of course came back to see Barb and she wrapped my foot and I actually left her a message at home that night because I was able to run up my stairs one foot after the other...which had not happened since I broke the toe, and to my surprise...the next day I wore my 3 inch heels to work :) It was truly UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I cannot say enough about this product, and the services Barb and her staff has given me! I would recommend this to anyone!

Suddenly Slimmer is well worth the expense and time commitment! Not only does the staff treat you better than family, but you get the physical benefits of using their great and varied products. No matter how thin you already are when you walk in, you will feel more comfortable in your de-toxed and better toned skin when you leave. Your clothes really do feel loose after each experience and your skin is tighter and more supple. (those unsightly cellulite dimples begin to disappear at the first visit!) I have taken my teenaged daughter with me and she loves it, too! If you want to treat yourself to feeling good - and to a staff that makes the experience even better: GO. You deserve it! You will want to go back - again and again.

I start with that because obviously the product was awesome. Who doesn't want to detox and lose cellulite within a couple of hours? But the staff there was just so great at making you feel comfortable and at ease. They answered all my questions (and I had a million) with patience and made me feel like I was the only customer there when really they were probably helping 3 or 4 others at the same time.
The wrap was actually fun too. After they wrap you in a private room they bring you out where others are wrapped up too and you can visit with each other and watch TV.
It was a small price to pay to be able to fit back onto jeans that I had not been able to button in a year!
I'm going back next week with my sister!

I was so excited to get my body wrap and was disappointed on so many levels. Let me first say that I have had a body wrap before at a nice spa and it did do wonders for my skin and reduce some cellulite. Not the case this time. First, the location and space is very run down and gross. They wrap you in the bandages, which I believe do have minerals, but is just warm water. The bandages are practically falling apart and are sitting in a laundry basket with warm "minerals". Then they have you bounch on a small trampoline or move no a gizelle for 20, reapply the "minerals" and you do this three times. They claim you lose inches - um...they are using a tape measurer which all they have to do the next time is just pull it the tiniest bit tighter or use it slightly differently and there you go....you lost 0.1 inches - do this all over your body and now you supposedly lost more than 6 inches. My skin did not even look better and my cellulite was NO different. DO NOT waste your money (and it is expensive)!!!!!

Cons: No inches lost, no change in skin, building is run down and gross, etc.
