Last Sunday I attended a wonderful dinner at the Plum Tree restaurant with a few friends, and I must say, the food, service, and atmosphere were all sublime. We were seated as soon as everyone in our party arrived, and our drink orders

We have always had decent food here. The atmosphere is usually good too, if you are not in a high-drinking hour for students. Prices seem a bit steep, but not outrageous.

Almost every week my friend and I stand outside of Plum Tree and wait for it to open at 5 pm, because even though there are numerous places we could eat, we want our Plum Tree.

The food is delicious, and it is the type of place where if you try something new, you will not be disappointed. However, if you're looking for the simple chicken teryaki or california roll, they make the best around. The serving sizes for the dinners are excellent, the sushi is always fresh, and thefried dishes such as tempura are never too greasy.

On weekends, Plum Tree draws a big crowd for the saki. They have various flavors of saki which are interesting and fun to try.

The only bad thing I have to say about Plum Tree is that sometimes the service may be a little slow. But I personally think the food is worth it.
