Beautiful, elegant, comfortable, but not a bit stuffy. And the staff are a joy to interact with. Even with a full house and a conference, no detail was sacrificed!

Outstanding hotel - a historic preservation success story of the first order. I'm so glad we have this treasure in Richmond. They do wonderful tea events - definitely try the Richmond blend. Have gotten my parents weekend stays as presents and they always remark on the great service.

The Jefferson is a beautiful hotel with great staff and wonderful rooms. The concierge is very knowledgeable and helpful. The weekend packages that include Sunday brunch are amazing. There are many things to do in Richmond and the hotel is located to things downtown.

This is hands down the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. I was fortunate enough to be in Richmond for a conference and they booked us here. What you give up in room size, you more than make up in aestetics. A true part of history.

Richmond's Only 5 Star Hotel is just that, a Five Star experience in every way. Wonderful, well preserved piece of history with exceptional care taken to make very patron feel welcome and at home.

The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond is definitely worth visiting, even if you don't stay there. My parents and I spent a weekend there and had a great time. VERY friendly staff. Awesome architectural surroundings.

The Jefferson is the best hotel in Richmond Virginia and has beautiful architecture. The staff treats guests with the upmost service and offers a full range of services.
