Now, I usually give credit where credit is due. I just had a hard time understanding what the Stadiums standard level of great service was.
Kudos to the expertise of the bar keep. I then asked her could she put a splash , not shot, of Grand Marnier and Pomegranate Mix into a mimosa, (I get this drink all the time at RADIUS) and all she said was that they didnt have the mix. After I pried the other choices out of her, I settled for Cran. I was shocked when I saw my drink. It was cran juice and Grand Marnier, no bubbly, no OJ. I asked her if it was a mimosa, and she said yes. So, to be nice, I asked her could she pour some OJ in it. She splashed O.J in it, right in front of me. Then she had the nerve to say, Thatll be $9.00. It took me at least a minute to get over the shock. I swear. As she walks away with the $20.00 I gave her, I say Listen, I dont want whatever this is. Can you please make me a ginger ale and Alize. She says we dont have Alize. So now, Im frustrated, because I feel like I have the bartender from HADES on my FIRST drink. I say, well what do you have? She says, we have Hypotiq. Im great with that, so I say can I have a ginger ale and Hypnotiq. She walks away and starts talking to another bartender, who begins to look over at me and now, Ive gone from frustrated to t'd off. Im a Pisces, so I like to share what Im feeling. I tell them, You know what? You guys can talk about me, and how she made my drink messed up all you want, I could really care less, but make my drink first! Then she says she wasnt talking about me, but we all know that Were discussing YOU look This lady brings me a glass of Hypnotiq and ANOTHER glass filled with Ginger ale. Now if that dont beat all I dont know what does. I guess Stadium is a hands on experience, you have to mix your own drinks. I didnt order another mixed drink from the bar the rest of the night.
But I loved DOUG! He made all the BS worth coming for.
Pros: Good Dancefloor and Doug!
Cons: Mediocre food, un-mixed drinks, terrible waitstaff, and insolent managers.
