I came here with friends after last year's Union Street festival. We didn't have a reservation but were able to snag seats at the counter, which was great because it's fun to watch them make the pizzas. Apparently they always save the counter seats for walk-ins. The three of us shared two pizzas and some wine. One of my friends found the sausage pizza too spicy, but I liked it. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't as expensive as many places in the neighborhood.

I think their food, including the thin crust pizza is very good. I have yet to try their Monday meatballs that I hear are great. I do find the place way too noisy.

The wait was quite long..and we had a reservation. We went on a weeknight but was still jam packed. Normally this would be a turn off right away because I had a reservation but the food was so amazing I will definitley be going back. I had the gnocci and It was some of the best gnocci I have had in a while. Great place!

A16 is a tasteful, popular Italian restaurant in a great area of the Marina. The food is sort of a contemporary/updated rustic Italian, and the menu is, thankfully, not just boring pastas.

My favorites are the almond-crusted halibut and the beet salad.

The only downfall is that it can get very crowded fast!
