I recently started training at Method Fitness with my mom. Amahl (the owner) was very accommodating to the two of us working out together in the same session. I love the bonding time with my mom and the workouts are challenging and satisfying. Lots of girls at my school have started training with their moms too; it's so much easier to have the two of us motivating each other and the studio is really easy to get to and is a really nice environment to work out it. It's super clean and attractive (there's always cool art on the walls) and feels private without being too small or empty. I would definitely recommend Method to mother/daughter pairs who want to get in shape or to anyone!

I always highly recommend Method Fitness to anyone I know for both its great staff and work-out environment. In the year that I've been a member, I've worked with 2 trainers. I've been extremely impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They've exceeded my expectations during sessions and by giving me detailed weekly work-out and diet plans: their help continues outside of the session and keeps me on track.
The atmosphere is stylish but not stuffy. The studio and equipment are clean and there's only one or two other people working out at the same time.
I am a member of a gym and wasn't sure how much benefit going to a trainer once a week was going to be: I've been amazed at the difference it's made in helping me meet my goals. I am definitely much stronger and look and feel better.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Method Fitness!
