Quiet is not the word I would use to describe this restaurant since it is inside of a Las Vegas casino. Since when is medium taste like well done? Only at this steakhouse! My friend had the chicken and it was pretty gross too, warm on the outside cold chicken inside. It may have been a Saturday evening but you'd expect a place that looked pretty classy would take more value in their food than anything. AND not only did the entrees taste horrible, the appys were DISGUSTING - overcooked potato skins, the whipped potatos had chunks of potato in them! gross! - the only good thing was the wine, it was a Riesling, excellent. Overall, do your steakhouse research before going out to dine in Vegas. The service was okay, could have been faster after the appys. I heard the steakhouse in NYNY is good.
