The number listed for this Bank of America is your basic prerecorded 800 number, and is virtually impossible to talk to a real person. All I'm trying to do is find out if they are open Christmas eve, but the stupid recording is just no help whatsoever. How difficult is it to have another number listed that is directly linked to this branch?
