I've never had a bad customer svc. experience, that being said, I don't go to salons to get an ego-boost, or coffee, or to be fawned over. I expect mature professionalism, which I consistently receive. The point of purchasing a service is to get high value for the money invested. I am regularly asked who does my hair and I receive regular complements. Most importantly, I like the way my hair looks every day. For me, that's a positive return on investment. But I must throw in, a competitor salon claims to have a niche on the "NYC" vibe - and while that's rather laughable anywhere in North Carolina - if any place does have it, it would be these guys.
