Bank of America

I've been with this branch since it was Summit and Fleet. I have to say BOA while a good back, is a bit lacking in their customer service. I do everything possible to avoid going inside, partly due to my personality, but mainly because it seems the approach there is more ... how can you be of service to us. They're doing US a favor by allowing US to patronize them. The ATM goes down regularly, and always at the worst times, showing they're not interested in the customer, and the fees, even when their own machines don't work, are pathetic and you have to fight customer service to get them refunded, even with documentation that it was down. I'm there because it's easier than switching banks.
