We got married on 13 Sept 2008 and hired Royal Way for 2 stretch limos. I was a little skeptical, having dealt with a number of services that didn't meet expectations. Well, Royal Way exceeded them. The equipment was new, luxurious, spotless, and well-equipped with water and sodas on ice (and champagne). The drivers were well dressed, exceptionally courteous, and they paid special attention to our elderly mothers. They showed up early and kept me informed of their locations 20 minutes before arrival. We arrived at the final location a little early, so one driver offered to give the little kids a ride around for a few minutes. I even had a last minute request (to send one limo to a different location), phoned in about an hour before the scheduled arrival, and they met it. I don't usually make recommendations, but Royal Way deserves it.

Used them for a bachelorette party - reservations were easy, they arrived on time, limo was clean, driver was nice and responsive to our requests....even drove us around the block a few times so we could get our money's worth! The only down-side is that the music selection is a little limited so you might want to bring your own mix CDs.

After doing an extensive limousine search in NY. I came across Royal Way Limousines. Their website was very helpful since it gave me extended information about their services and they have the option to book online. Having tried other limo services, I realized that I would not be disappointed with Royal Way due to their high customer service care. I booked one of their Limos for my B-day party and when the limo arrived, the pictures did not do it justice. It looked inside and out amazing! The driver exceeded our expectations since he was courteous and very knowledgeable about places in NY. I recommend their services because they surpass your expectations. Thanks Royal way you truly stand up to your name!

After reading the reviews and having tried many different limousine services for my occasions, I decided to try Royal way services for my 30th B-day party. The service was the best I have tried. The fact that I booked it easy online was the first plus! The limo and the driver were SUBERB.The driver was courteous and ontime he made us feel so welcome by opening the door at each of our destinations. I will definitely use royal way limousine again and I highly recommended them, as I am a METICULOUS New Yorker. Thank you royal way for making my night unforgettable!!!!

There is nothing quite like getting picked up from the airport in a limo. The driver was friendly, on time, very accomodating. He even gave my friend and I a short tour of the Manhattan highlights and took pictures along the way! I would recommend this service to anyone!

We booked Royal Way for our wedding day (city hall to hotel to restaurant) and the experience was great. George (the driver) was very courteous and arrived on time. The stretch limo was very comfortable and in great condition. The rate was very good. We would definitely use Royal Way again for special occasions.

Stayed in NYC first week in May and wanted to book a Limo from JFK to hotel to treat my family.Having been to NYC several times before and paid for average Limo service/untidy cars before,and plain rude drivers, i was very dubious who to choose this time but the citysearch reviews of "Royal Way Limousine "made it a promising bet.I was not let down,the chauffer was very friendly(George is the best!)and helpful ,especially with the kids,making a detour to the hotel and giving them a mini commentating tour.In fact i was so impressed i arranged a return transfer back to the Airport for the return flight home to Ireland.The service might be a bit more expensive than the other limo services i've tried but it is worth paying a bit extra for good service and Quality.
I would definitely use this company for any transport arrangements if i return to NYC in the future.

Since Royal Way was voted the best limo in NYC, I decided to use them for my latest event. I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the service. The drive was on time, and the limo was absolutely beautiful. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will continue to use Royal Way Limo for all my future needs.

Extrememly rude and not helpful at all. I attempted to get a few quotes for one of my brides and the gentlemen made it more complicated than it should be and spoke to me like I didn't have a clue in the world!! This should be taken off as a top place.

I'm not quite sure how this service was voted Best in NY. They were so rude on the phone when I called to inquire about making a reservation for a corporat event that I had to hang up the phone on them! When the customer service representative picked up my call, he was totally uncaring right off the bat and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by calling to GIVE HIM LOTS OF BUSINESS! When I specified where my pick-up and drop-off location was, he kept insisting that they were too far apart to get everyone there on time, even though I had a map proving that they were two blocks away from each other. After about ten minutes of him telling me that I was wrong because he "was a driver" I hung up the phone on him. I have never been treated so poorly by ANY customer service rep. before! If they were that rude on the phone, I can't imagine what kinds of disasters would have taken place if we had hired them.

I just have to say Thank You for the absolutely wonderful service and for adding that extra special touch to our first trip to New York. From the moment I made the reservation, the receptionist was nothing but courteous, friendly and inviting. When we arrived in NY our experience could have become a disaster because of problems with the airline, but Al took care of them and helped us to feel welcome. Our driver, Teddy, was friendly, professional, fun, respectful, and understanding all at the same time. The Royal Way Limo experience kicked off our vacation in style. I am telling everyone and anyone that when they travel to New York to call Royal Way Limo and no one else.
