Horrible Food, Terrible Customer Service.
I wouldn't reccomend this service to anyone.
There food was always bland or overcooked and when I tried to make changes I was treated badly by the customer service reps.
Bad service overall dont waste your money.

I've been on this for 2 weeks, lost 9 lbs and the food is good. The delivery is dependable, and the customer service seems OK. Not making any food choices is fabulous! Every day this service brings 3 meals and 2 snacks and I don't have to think, shop, cook or go to a restaurant to get them. This is truly the way to diet, someone else does all the work. I have only one job - eat only what I'm brought. Once in a while something I get is really not good, most of the time it is quite good, and sometimes it is sublime. At least one meal a day is really, really good and that is enough to keep going without wanting to cheat. The menu is a bit less varied than the sample on their site. The quantities are more than adequate, and the food is very fresh.

Zone Chefs should spend less money on advertising and more money on providing edible food and customer service representatives who actually answer the phone. I am not a picky eater, but the quality of the food I received was terrible -- rusty lettuce, sketchy meat... Not to mention that at least one of the food containers was broken almost every day. There are cheaper, much higher quality zone delivery services out there.
Beyond the fact that they are absolutely unable to adhere to the dietary restrictions that their own nutritionist recommends, their customer service is unbelievably horrible. I deeply regret wasting my money on this program, and you'll never get any satisfaction or recourse from the people on the phone -- if they even answer. Truly disappointing.
