Urban Insurance Agency

My old company in Indiana told me I had to get insurance now in Illinois. I saw a add come up from Urban insurance agency, so i clicked through and got a rate. I was blown away, they were so much less than any other place I checked.
I was going to just do the order with them, but like I wanted to check that the price was true. I called Urban and they said "YES" so I gave them my debit card over the phone and they emailed me the policy

Urban auto worked out great!
I work retail and by the time I close and leave the store it's after 10pm, so I need to do a lot of my business after every sane person is asleep.

I went on Google looking for car insurance rates. A lot of the time I got to a site that made me anwer a lot of information then never gave me a quote. I did get one from Geico and progresive but they were big $. ( I guess because of me needing an sr22 paper)

Urban auto insurance company gave me a price right on line and I was able to print my proof up so I could have it in my car. They also did the thing online to the state.

The company has the worst customer service and make many mistakes when it comes to your coverage. They charge way to much and cancel your policy without any communication

I moved to Chicago from Mississippi back in september. I still had my Miss. license was I was planning on getting my illinois one, so I did not renew my old policy back home. Of course that two days I had no insurance was when a cop pulled me over for some stupid license plate thing but they asked for proof for my insurance. So Im SOL.Then at court the judge tells me I have to get a sr22 paper.But I need insurance, but geico wont let me because I have the wrong licence. my old place won't take me because now I live in illinois I kept checking places online but they would not take me or the site was down or would not let me enter a Miss. license when getting rate in Chicago. I got rates from 3 places then I found urban auto- not only were they the best price, it was like wham-bam- DONE.They listened to the story, they GOT IT!!
They knew what I needed and JUST GOT IT DONE.

I had a suspendend license because I didnt get my car tested. Then I got stopped driving on the suspended license. On top of that my license expired on my birthday.
So, the cops inpounded my car, my laptop was in the trunk.

I couldnt get my license renewed till I got the SR-22, And I could not get the SR22 because my lic was expired. I did not know the Vin # of my car.!!!!!
I tried Progressive on line, NO! I tried Geico, NO
I called around, I can't get to work, the laptop is works.

Then I found Urban Auto insurance, The guy listened, then there was a few seconds of silence, then he said "OK, No Problem, we need to do this, then that.

They faxed and called, and in 20 minutes, Problem Solved.
I got the sr-22, got the insurance, they faxed the Proof to the pound.
I got my car back.
I'm glad I found Urban Insurance, but this is the last time I let my license so messed up that's for sure!

Hable con la agente llamada Reyes y le di toda mi informacion y empeze el seguro y me mando mi prueba de seguro en media hora. Fue asi de facil. Y en menos de una semana ya tenia mi poliza y tajetitas para los carros.
