Yann Varin

I was recommended to this small but charming salon by a friend in Wash DC. The front desk staff are polite and multi-languaged. I had a very nice and talent colorist attend me. He did a great job, ( he's a little eccentric) but to date the best I've had color my hair. I recommend the salon and Raymond, he's the colorist. I enjoyed the whole affair while there.

It has now been three times that I trust them with my most important accessory, my hair, and it keeps getting better every time! My hair is the best shape ever. The color is vibrant while the cut grows very nicely. My visits have always been very enjoyable, the shampoo is great, the staff is knowledgeable and delivers on the promise, the manager efficient. The salon is quite large for the neighborhood (a breath of fresh air), clean and on time.

Very disappointed in my highlight experience by Ray...wasn't looking for much, just an update, and got much less. Chunks of my hair overlooked, paid for a "full head", spotty job, looks like an attempt at do-it-yourself highlights. Frustrated with how it looks and that I spent money for it to look this way. Would consider going back to that salon with another stylist given the other good reviews.

I had come to Yann Varin before to buy products, they carry Kerastase, but now I trust them with my locks. I have been a regular since the summer when their colorist fixed a bad dye job from a supposedly reputable Madison avenue salon
Try it and youll get hooked!

It is always an enjoyable experience to visit Yann Varin for my monthly pamper.
The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly yet very professional.
My color, cut and pedicure are top notch and cost me half what I used to pay!
