Euphoria Spa

It's a neverending search in Manhattan to find a spa that keeps you coming back since there is always some new spot opening or a recent review that keeps you on this holy grail search for the best grooming services...I can finally say my search is over. From the moment I called to book the appointment and the receptionist was beyond accommodating, considering I had never visited before, making sure she was able to book myself and my mom for back to back facial appointments. When I arrived at the serene location tucked away in Tribeca I was pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere and kind reception. Kristen administered the best facial I have ever received (and trust me, as a NYC girl who's been getting facials since I was about 15 that's saying alot). It was not until later that I found out she is also the owner, which is hard to believe not onyl because she looks young but also because she was so down to earth and completely void of any ego that I've encountered before with some aesthetician entrepreneurs. I can't say enough good things, from start to finish, she had the most delicate touch, talked just the right amount to let me know what was happening but quiet so that I could relax, and she was truly concerned about helping me figure out the cause of my problem areas and what factors in my lifestyle were contributing to my blemishes. And lastly, she didn't do the oversell, only recommending 3 products that would help and also services that I could go back for which are less expensive and good for when you're short on time just to do maintenance. I have to say that I don't usually get facials more than a few times a year but now that I found this little piece of heaven I'll be a much more frequent facial flyer!

Pros: Amazing facials, relaxing atmosphere, excellent staff and service

Nice spa as long as you don't use Stephanie. She pushes products so hard and relentlessly that all feelings of relaxation are gone. She pushed products during the facial. I said no thank you. She tried again. I said no thank you. After the facial she stood by the register as I paid STILL TRYING TO SELL ME JUNK !!! WTF?!!

JUST MAKE SURE YOU SAY 'NO' TO STEPHANIE!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: Stephanie who's relentless sales tactics ruin relaxation

I have gone to Kristen at Euphoria several times who is absolutely amazing but she isn't doing facials anymore so I have now been going to Cara who is equally amazing. She recommends great treatments for your skin that work and you come out feeling glowing and relaxed. What more could you ask for!

I had a gift certificate for a massage, which is why I went here in the first place and boy am I glad I did. The people who work here are professional and friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome right away. The atmosphere is somewhat zen/new age, but not overly so. The actual massage is what matters most to me, and they did not dissapoint! Had the most amazing massage, would definitely go back. And I highly recommend it, you won't be sorry.

I had the most amazing facial and massage at Euphoria. I have been to so many spas and I have to say that Euphoria is the coziest, most charming spa I have ever been to. The staff is so nice, so good at what they do and the apartment size feel to it is what gives this spa it's charm. It's absolutly a hidden little gem!!!

My massage was great and the staff was very nice and accomodating however the spa itself is sooooo small! I felt like I was in someone's apartment. When I go to a spa I usually like to hang out there for a bit whether it be reading a magazine or going in the sauna but this place really isn't for that at all. The "locker room" was sooo small it was very odd. But on a good note my massage was fantastic! I probably wouldn't go back based on the fact that when I go to a spa I also go for atmosphere.

Cons: Way too small, not a good day spa to "spend the day at"

its in a nice tribeca location but the place is quite small. there are only 2 lounge chairs. sauna was not working. service is great, all people who work there are extremely nice, knowledgeable a, yond accomodating but the place is so small you feel like you are in someone's apartment as opposed to a spa. if you like that, you will love this place because the service is trully great.

If you like boutique-ey types of places this is for you. It's not very big and doesn't have all the amenties of the megaspas uptown but the trade off is that the staff is extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. They offer a wide range of services and the estheticians all seem very knowledgeable about skin care.

I live in the neighborhood and wanted to book an appointment for my mother, who would be visiting from out of town, so I stopped by Euphoria. As I walked in the door, I immediately felt the dimly-lit, soothing-smelling ambience relax me. The front desk attendant was a complete sweetheart, too. Needless to say, I booked my mom the appointment, and she could not have been more pleased. She loved everything about the service (she got a Chardonnay Massage), the ambience and the staff.

The spa is a small place but the customer service is EXCELLENT. I spoke with Jennifer on the phone who works at the front desk, telling her about my concerns of making the appt in time since I had scheduled it for after work hours and there would be traffic getting there. She was geniunely helpful, gave me options and was very honest about how their policies work as far as being late and having to pay for your hour. When I arrived right on time, she went ahead and gave me the extra time to settle in and i got the full hour that I wanted. My massage therapist was Sandra. I bought the heavenly scent massage which smelled wonderful! Her techniques were all right except I could have used a little more pressure since i was very sore from working out the past two days. Still relaxing though. She was very friendly to conversate with as well. Overall I would definitely go back and check out other services they provide.

i typically don't write reviews but i had to because i just got back from the best facial in a long time. kristen (the owner) is really professional and does not pressure you to "add on" extras for your facial - she gives you a good overview about your skin type and what she would recommend. it was extremely educating and relaxing. the facial includes a soft face and foot massage also! i have gone to dozens of spas in nyc and this was by far the best and reasonably priced as well. i had such a wonderful experience that when i left i decided to get a 5 facial pack!! definitely the place to go for an hour of peace and relaxation! thanks kristen!

I received a facial two weeks ago and my skin is still glowing. Stephany is amazing. She is so gentle and very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I couldn't believe how great they all were. I would definitely return and I am telling all my friends and family that this is the place to go!!!

Kristen really does great facials, I always leave feeling super relaxed and glowy. The downside is the space is so small it just doesn't feel like a spa. All the treatment rooms are along one hallway, so mid-treatment noises/distractions are inevitable. Front desk staff is ok.

Pros: Facials.

Cons: Really cramped space, lack of privacy, just ok desk staff.

2 facials so far - great, much more relaxing and personal than at other "chain" spas. The spray tan is fantastic! I used to get an "airbrush" tan at another salon, and when I moved to tribeca I was disappointed to see the price of $60 at euphoria (used to pay $45). BUT the process was so much faster, and the tan lasted SOOO much longer than the airbrush - both times almost a full week.

Pros: great service, friendly service, no product or upgrade pressure

Recieved a microablation treatment as part of their spa week promotions and it was superb. Stephanie, the aesthetician, appeared very knowledgeable and made sure to explain the process. The entire process was very pleasant and relaxing (and tingly). If you can afford the regular price of $299, highly recommended.

I've now had massages, a facial and spray tan at Euphoria. All were amazing...couldn't be more pleased. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the atmosphere is very chill and unpretentious. It's the best facial I've ever had by far. When I got engaged, my fiance and I had a couples' massage which was really special and in the best room of the spa...they had lit candles and put down flower petals. They know how to make you feel special. It also didn't hurt that it was an incredible massage! I'd highly recommend Euphoria to anyone who knows the difference b/w a great treatment and a mediocre one.

We had a 1:30 pm appointment, arrived at 12:45, and rang the bell to be let in to a tiny spa. After meeting our therapists after 2 pm (LATE!), we began our couples' treatments. We heard noise from the street since the room was facing the street, and a constantly ringing phone that wasn't picked up. Another party had just arrived, and we could hear laughter and chatter the entire time. After showering and getting dressed in the hallway of the locker area (they apparently ran out of lockers) and while my fiance was covering me, I asked for a blow dryer. With only one bathroom available and it being occupied, I dried my hair using the outlet in the shower without a mirror. They were obviously overbooked, and lacked decent shower/changing facilities. The only saving grace was the decent massages, and a 20% off coupon.

Cons: Tiny "spa", Noise, No shower facilities

Moms this is a terrific place to take your daughters to spend some quality time they soon won't forget. They will be looking to hang out with you more often-a common interest makes communication flow easily.

i am an avid spa goer, and this one is by far my favorite, they hit everything on the mark. the facials are amazing, definately get the microdermabrasion...your skin will never be the same. Kristen has made my skin better than it has ever been. all the other services are wonderful too, the massages are killer!

I had the best first time experience ever. This spa, IS my new best friend, and my stress reliever. Since my skin is not as bad as I thought, I went I got a Deep & Steamy facial, instead of the Microderm. The Deep & Steamy was the greatest, I felt like a queen, my face felt like a baby's skin. Amazing!! The massage was very relaxing, everything was A+. I'm def. going back!

What a great spot in Tribeca! I went to Euphoria Spa and within 2 days my face was glowing. Not only did Kristin perform a wonderful facial & microdermabrasion but she gave me advice on how to keep my skin hydrated, in order to prevent wrinkles and maintain a healthy glow. I had a short massage as well and can't wait to go back for a full length massage and take a yoga class. Euphoria is the perfect tranquil escape!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Euphoria Spa...the staff is so personable, you never want to leave. The young, hip and extremely warm owner is there to chat, serve or compliment you throughout your visit. It's not pretentious in a pretentious part of town, and the 'vibe' is relaxing, homey, and upscale! A perfectly euphoric experience.

I went to Euphoria Spa and had an amazing experience. From the second I walked in, I felt so comfortable- enjoying a few minutes in the private sauna before Kristen took me in for my Fresh Air Facial. My skin is still glowing and I felt like a new person after spending the 80 minutes getting buffed, extracted, microdermed and massaged. I HIGHLY recommend Euphoria. I am going back next week for a massage and spray tan. It is addictive!!!

Euphoria Spa offers, without a doubt, the most relaxing, friendly, enjoyable atmosphere that I have ever experienced. We had a bridal party at the spa last week, 7 of us, and it was so enjoyable. Catered lunch, reasonable priced treatments and packages including that amazing coffee body polish and wrap, massages and facials. We had the whole place to ourselves and got to laugh, relax and get beautiful for the wedding. All of our skin was so glowy and the massages were the best. Thanks Kristen! We will be back....
