Bank of America

I live in Hot Springs, AR. I love my local BOA branch, but through the last several weeks I have been getting nuisance calls from Bank of America 714-533-4470. The calls come daily - usually at lunch or dinner time. Today they started calling in the evening. Often I cannot understand who they are looking for. It is only my wife and I living here. I have found out that I can turn them in to the AR and the Federal "no-call' violation list, but only if I close my accounts. Frequent attempts to get the calls to stop have resulted in escalated calls of a more offensive nature. The callers will not identify themselves. This bank should be investigated and prosecuted! This branch gets 0 stars!
