      <title>1 Stars:  Lifeless/Dried Up Flower Delivery (by Carlos J.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Ordered a $182.00 funeral flower arrangement. The flowers appeared to be practically dead and were an embarrassment to the family. The florist refused to make an adjustment/refund. The customer service manager was very rude and stated it must be the funeral homes fault!  The flowers were overpriced and of poor quality. I have filed a complaint w/BBB. I would not recommend this florist to my worst enemy.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Good Service - Fresh Long Lasting Beautiful Flowers (by Josh K.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I live in New York.  I called Marcel Florist To have Flowers delivered to my Sister.  She recently moved to downtown Chicago.  The Telephone Person was very pleasant and helpful.  They had the specific flowers in stock that I was looking for.  My sister called to thank me and said the flowers were beautiful.  She called a week later and said the flowers were still alive and looked fresh and beautiful.  Marcel Florist did a great job with my flowers.  I will use them again.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  Florist will replace a bad arrangement with pretty flowers (by Emily W.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;For my birthday three weeks ago, my mom ordered a lavender daisy arrangement that came with dry and crispy lilacs, wilted mums, no daisies, and cloudy water. After calling to complain about the arrangement, I had a really negative experience with the florist, who was quite rude to me. Later that day, he called to apologize and promised a replacement arrangement the following week. After a number of phone call reminders and three weeks later, I finally received the replacement arrangement. The flowers are fresh and vibrant and the water is clear. There are still no daisies, my favorite, but I give the florist credit for making a nice substitution in light of the recent apparent daisy shortage.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Beautiful Fresh Flowers Delivered Same Day and Fast In Chicago (by Thomas G.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I needed a spectacular flower arrangement for a close friend that lives at an exclusive building in downtown Chicago.  I called Marcel Florist  A Chicago Florist and was greeted by a Very Friendly and Professional sounding gentleman.  I explained that my friend was having a dinner party with some of Chicagos most elite citizens in attendance.  The gentleman told me not to worry, Marcel Florist works with all of the downtown Chicagos hotels, and that many of Its clients are part of Chicagos wealthy and famous.  It was 4:00 PM and I needed the flowers delivered the same day.  The gentleman told me not to worry, they could still do the arrangement and get it there fast with their Priority Delivery Service.  At 5:10 PM, 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the same gentleman called me to tell me that the arrangement was delivered and signed for by my friend.  Calling with Delivery Confirmation is Part of the Priority Delivery Service.  My friend called Later that night, and told me the flowers were the most beautiful she had ever received, ant that many of the guest commented on the how beautiful they were.  She said that I shouldnt have done this, and that I must have spent a fortune on them.  (They were very reasonably priced, and I had not spent a fortune on them.)  She said that she was going to start using Marcel Florist, and that many of her guests were going to try them too.  I love Marcel Florist  They are the BEST!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Does fast = quality service? (by L N.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;They may deliver fast, but the employees were less than satisfactory.  They called to inform of a delivery and asked if they could deliver to a neighbor.  Since I don't know my neighbors, I declined and rescheduled delivery for the next day.  They still left it with a man across the street and down one house.  Was unsatisfied with the solution and the company never offered a solution or apology.  Needless to say, I recommended my husband bring me home some nice wine instead next time.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
