11 years ago Dr.Willock become my dentist after a referral from a friend in Chapel Hill. I drive 3 hours each way and the time & miles have been worth it!
Recently I remarried and my husband has insisted that I go to "his dentist" who is one of the most respected in our city. To please my husband, I went to his dentist for my 6 month cleaning. The dentist daughter, who is also a dentist, cleaned my teeth that day. Within the first 5 minutes of the cleaning, she stopped and said, "I don't know who has been doing your crowns and restorative work, but it is rare for us to see this quality of work, it is beautiful." Two more times during the cleaning she stopped to remark about the beauty and quality of the dentistry in my mouth.
Needless to say, I was thrilled to be reassured that I had wisely chosen my dentist, Dr. Willock. As a patient, there was no way that I could tell "beautiful crowns-quality crowns", I just had to trust the dentist was giving me good quality. I knew that I had never had the first problem during treatment or after.
Yes, I will continue to drive the 3 hours each way for all my dental treatment. I have always known Dr. Willock was a perfectionist but he is also so very gently and caring.
