I've purchased several of the arepa options at Caracas. All of them are delicious but my favorite is the La Mulata. A mixture of cheese, plantains, beans, and peppers! Yum! The seating is a little tight but cozy. You can also check out the to go section next door. Nice price too.

This little place in the east village is quickly becoming known for its Argentinian style sandwich offerings. Lots of vegetarian options too (although not vegan) with many delicious cheesy arapas. Hurry down here before it becomes too famous for its tiny space and very low prices!!
