And by the way she is a tentative and wonderful listener... her massages have eased my tension and stress - and subsequently my migraines. Kelly is great. I started seeing her a little over a year ago because I wanted good skin before I went on a trip. My skin was so glowing that I went back again and again - every 6 weeks! I always got the signature facial and also got the occasional peel. The service is so relaxing that I sometimes fall asleep while she is doing her work. She does not aggressively push products, which is something that I appreciate. She is very cautious about selling products without knowing how your skin will react. If you do express interest in a product, she is sure to give you samples. She follows up via e-mail between visits and will trouble shoot any problems you are having with your skin. Before I saw Kelly, my skin was dull, acne-ridden, and sun-damaged. Now I frequently get compliments about how good my skin looks! The time and money is a worthwhile investment in your own appearance.

I really could not have asked for anything more from my experience with Kelly Mack. This was my first facial ever, and when Kelly was done with me, my skin felt clean as a whistle and very soft. The difference in how my skin felt from when I walked in to when I left was tremendous. The neck and shoulder massage was particularly nice, the facility is clean and quiet, and I liked the unobtrusive yet calming beachy music. Kelly is friendly yet professional, and she made me feel at ease from the first moment. She answered any questions I had, but let me relax in quiet when I felt like it. Her business is very appropriately named, as it's evident in everything she does that she is a consummate perfectionist (yet not fussy). I also get the sense that she intuitively knows how to interact with many different personality types.

I have always been afraid to get a facial because I have sensitive skin, but Kelly modifies the facial treatment to your skin type well. What I liked most about the experience is talking to her about my own skin and what I can do to feel more comfortable in it. I have seen a dermatologist my whole life and can honestly say I finally feel like I am on the right track and my skin is better than ever. She works with you to find solutions, is passionate about good skincare, and I especially love the follow-up emails and articles!

This is probably the best facial experience you will get in Chicago! I have tried several different salons and was not a return customer to any of them until I found Absolute Precision Skincare, where I have been a regular customer for over 2 years. Kelly is highly skilled in her craft and knowledgeable about the product line she uses. She does not 'push products' like many other salons do & her fees are very reasonable. The 'Signature' facial that she provides is customized to what your skin's needs; I always leave with visibly improved skin after each facial. This place is a cut above the rest!

I am a little over my thirties and have only gotten 3 facials done in my entire life. So my brother & sister decided to give me & my mom a gift certificate to to Kelly & so far I love her service. I think it's wonderful!

Kelly Mack is the owner of Absolute Precision, and she's fantastic. I've gotten several facials from her over the past 8 months or so, and I've noticed a dramatic improvement of my skin. She uses Dermalogica products, which I've come to like very much, and Kelly had a great touch, making the facial a lovely experience. I highly recommend her.

Kelly is one of the best combinations of laid-back but thorough in her business of facials. She is serious and precise but not intimidating about analyzing issues you might have with your skin. She is also very reasonably priced for the services she gives. I highly recommend her and have since told many friends about her services!

I have had alot of facials and I can tell you that they are not all the same. Kelly at Absolute Precision is really really good. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and her facials are enjoyable, relaxing, and good for the skin. I go about every other month and have noticed an improvement in my skin. Kelly does not pressure you to buy the products however I have tried several and love them. Basically my skin feels fantastic after I spen time with her and I always look forward to my next visit.

I am in my early thirties and have had many facials over the years. At Absolute Precision Skincare I feel that I have gotten my best facial yet. Kelly was able to assess my skin and give it exactly what it needed. I am beginning to worry about things like fine lines and regret the time that I have spent in the sun. I have gotten two microderm abrasion treatments with wonderful results and am eager to conitnue with these treatments. Kelly explains everything so well, including the products, but I've never felt pressured into purchasing, like I have in other salons or spas. The products I have chosen to purchase have been great. The service at Absolute Precision Skincare is exceptional!

I couldnt be more thrilled about discovering Absolute Precision and Kelly. I have been going for her facials for about a year (I'm addicted now!) and I've noticed dramatic improvement in my skin - less lines, smaller pores, more even tone, less breakouts and overall good skin for the first time in my life and I'm in my 30s now. I never liked getting facials before, but now I can hardly wait for my next appointment. Kelly's facials are a relaxing and indulgent experience, she even gives a neck, shoulder and hand massage. Way better than anything I've tried at even the most expensive spas. I also like that she never pressures me to buy any products, however I've tried some of the things she sells and I really like them. Definitely try this place if you're looking for a good facial, you won't be disappointed. I've recommended her to friends who are also very happy to have discovered her too!

I?ve been going to Absolute Precision Skin Care for facials for some time now. Kelly is absolutely amazing. She has answers to all my questions and has helped me repair my skin like no one before .
I had really sun damaged skin and needed help ASAP. Kelly recommended the best products and has been really supportive. I e-mail her all the time about any questions I might have. She is really professional and clean, a really important element. After one of Kelly?s facials I feel absolutely amazing. My skin looks and feels great. I've had a lot of facials and I can tell you that all are not created equally. In fact, you should be choosy as to who touches your face. Let me shout it out: Kelly at Absolute Precision is THE best. She's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and has a light touch on those extractions. My favorite part is the oil massage of the face, neck and shoulders. Such a treat! My skin feels fantastic after I spend time with her. Just as importantly, she's very personable and really knows how to spin the experience into an indulgence at a very reasonable price.

My signature facial with Kelly was the perfect end to my hectic workweek. It was my first facial ever. Kelly was super knowledgeable and answered all of my skin care questions. When I arrived she made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I received a soothing face and neck massage. Then, I received a hand massage! The day after my facial my skin looked radiant. It looked so soft and smooth that my boyfriend asked for a facial from Kelly too (and he's definitely not a high maintenance man)! Kelly didn't pressure me to buy an products, but I did buy some items from her Dermatologica line and I love them. I will definitely be back to Kelly to maintain my new look.

I have been going to Kelly for over a Year now every 6 weeks. I feel extremely comfortable with her and know I am entrusting my skin care needs to very capable hands. She has always taken the extra step to not just treat my skin but also get to know what is going on in my life. I am currently getting ready for my wedding and Kelly is amazing, she had my skin schedule planned out prior to me even thinking about it. She is wonderful and I will continue to see her well after the wedding!

Kelly is fantastic. Even though she doesn't work out of a ritzy salon, you definately get a spa experience. There's no pressure to buy products, but it is good stuff. She gets to know you and makes your visit relaxing and comfortable. Her rates are reasonable and she's always offering discounts on products and/or services.

I had the most wonderful facial with Kelly. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was outstanding. Kelly takes the time to look at your skin to create a facial that is personalized for your needs. She is professional and very knowledgeable about the products she uses. This was my first time going to get a facial and it was really great. From the moment that I got there to the minute I left,. the whole thing was very relaxing and calming. Kelly explained to me the conditipn of my skin, recommended some products but by no means pushed me to buy anything. A few days later, my skin looked great and alot clearer. Definetely recommend for anyone's first time and or for seasoned pros.

I?ve been to four different professionals in the last two years and my search for the passionate skin care professional has come to an end! Absolute Precision has a serene atmosphere and Kelly goes the ?extra mile? to inform and educate me in keeping my skin healthy between visits. My facial was the perfect combination of a relaxing spa treatment and the neccesary procedures to restore my skin. Absolute Precision is priced to give you more for your money. You?ll walk away with a glow and a few samples to keep you looking and feeling your best!

If you want a budget-friendly but up-scale facialist, go here. I got the same result of a $100 facial to Kelly's $75 facial. She's friendly, gives out lotsa of samples and knows what she's doing. My face was glowing when i left. A+++++

Kelly has offerred specific and helpful treatment to my sensitive skin. She has researched and suggested different samples to try in putting together my regime for managing my rosacea. Results have been great with regular facials and the dermalogica line.

I am new to facials and feel that I have always had "fairly" good skin. However, the occasional break-out and acne scars would never go away. I treated myself to the Signature Facial and saw immediate results. My skin glows and the redness from prior acne has diminished considerably in only 2 weeks. Its wonderful not to have to wear heavy makeup to cover past blemishes. I echo other reviewers in commending Kelly on her professionalism and warm personality! I am a facial novice and felt at-home throughout my services. Also, she does not hard-sell on the Dermalogica products. I have purchased other high-end cosmetics with no significant change, and even had adverse affects after use. Dermalogica is affordable and delivers results.

All in all, I highly recommend anyone with skin care needs... or someone in need of a little indulgence... to schedule an appointment with Kelly. You won't be disappointed!

I've tried different places from Michigan Ave to Schaumburg. This is the place I will become a regular. I felt pamered and like I was at a skin clinic at the same time. Kelly is knowledgable, friendly and gives good service. I'm so glad I found this place!

Kelly's facial is the best! From the foot soak to the hand massage, neckmassage and foot massage, she really goes the extra mile! Kelly is sure to get every extraction and zap all your blemishes away. She is up to date on the latest technology and products and will only use what is appropriate for your skin and not just what costs more. You can tell that Kelly focuses on the customer first and that is why I am always so happy when I walk in and out the door. You have to try this. On top of it all - what a deal too!

I've had problematic skin all my life and have gone to a number of estheticians, none of which impressed me and all of which gave me the hard sell on an expensive line of products. Kelly, on the other hand, did a phenomenal job and while she did recommend some products, she gave me some free samples so I could make the decision myself. Kelly is a friendly, professional, skilled, budget-friendly esthetician, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Kelly gives an amazing facial! She takes the time to go over all of your skin care concerns and really focuses on you! This is not a fluff facial - your skin will come out glowing and feeling healthier than when you went in.

A great facial that minimized my break out I was having instantly! The entire treatment from the foot soak to the long neck massage was incredibly relaxing. Something I was not familiar with- with previous facials from different spa's/salons. Kelly is extremely attentive and very knowledgable about her products and about your skin type. I will definitley be going to Absolute Precision again!

This beats spa prices! This is a welcome addition to Lakeview, where budget-friendly options are becoming harder to find. The owner was knowledgeable (recommending beneficial skin products without being pushy) and flexible with scheduling appointment times. It's a great option if you want the same results as a spa but don't have the time, luxury, or dough for a "spa day".

I've been to see Kelly many times and recently treated my sister with a gift certificate. My sister who is the biggest "spa-goer" I know, going to spas in AZ and CA every year said this was the best facial she has ever had. Kelly explained what she was doing and made suggestions to my sister for things she can do to clear up her skin. She's now using a few of the products recommended and her skin has never looked clearer. I'll be purchasing more gift certificates for friends and family.
