I am a big fan of spa and I used to go to south east asia for spa treatment. I have the bamboo and lemongrass scrub treatment in here. This is supposed to be a 50 mins treatment for $120. \r

We stayed at the Claremont on business and I wasn't aware of their wonderful spa until I arrived. I was able to have a facial, massage, and pedicure/manicure and all of them were exquisite. the place is beautiful and clean. Any service that you have entitles you to spend the day using all of the spa facilities. It was wonderful and the staff are great.

Pros: No wait, Beautiful setting

Cons: Overpriced, Didn't listen to me, No sense of style

I stayed in the Claremont Resort for 2 nights for a business trip. Since my company paid for it, I don't have a perspective on the price. However, I thought that the building itself has a lot of charm, with beautiful surroundings. The view from the pool is wonderful, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I ordered room service the first night, which was as pricey as you would expect room service to be. I did not use any of the spa facilities or services, but if I were to visit again, I definitely would. I am not sure how old this resort is, but it is on the older side...however I didn't notice anything, so it seems maintained very well. Definitely recommended for a getaway vacation.

PROS: Located in the hills, charming, good for getaways
CONS: Pricey, parking seems limited/expensive.

The spa at the Claremont is absolutely beautiful and services are the best you can get. Prices reflect that though, and I experienced it by use of a gift certificate. The facilities are first class and massage and facial I recieved were wonderful. I loved the freebies of the spa and sauna, along with the juice and iced tea.. Great experience.
