Yay! They let you hold the puppies and play all...day...long! I pretended to be an heiress with a Min Pin and took hoards of Facebook pictures. I did not buy anything though because the pets are mostly pure bred (and I said *pretend* to be an heiress).

All my opinion, I'm not a hater, I'm an educator. Some puppies looked okay, most looked somewhat sick, some looked dirty. The sale paper said this dog was this much, but when we checked with an employee it was almost triple the sale. They claim they get their puppies from "licensed individual breeders only". But think about it, what professional quality breeder would sell their babies to a pet shop, NONE. Only PUPPY MILLS sell their puppies to pet shops. Do your research. It is WAY CHEAPER to buy directly from a reputable breeder. You can see where the puppy is coming from, the parents, and know you won't need a health warranty because they are bred for their health and not for profit.

I am posting my review on this one and the other pets in the city one because for some reason they have two listings at the same address.

I did buy a dog from this place and I must admit reading reviews from sites like this one had me a little apprehensive. One day I decided to go around the valley to a few pet stores and settled on his one to purchase my dog, a King Charles Spaniel, Oliver. The so called "Asian Lady" isn't half as bad as most people make her out to be. In fact, why does the words "Asian Lady" have to be used at all? Does this supposed to categorize her differently? She knows a lot about the dogs in her shop and even let me speak to the breeder of my dog on the phone. That's what I call service! Oliver has been at home with me for almost three weeks, and yesterday I took him back into the store for a visit. To my surprise the owner greeted us and even cut his nails for me. Overall, I have had a very pleasant transaction with this pet store, and will be sending my friends in for a puppy. Hey, who knows, maybe I will come back and get Oliver a friend in a few months.

I just recently bought a pomeranian puppy from pets in the city. She looked like a little fur ball when I first got her - now that she's about 4 month old she looks nothing like a pomeranian - as a matter of fact she weighs already over 8 pounds (pure pomeranians weigh between 3 and 7lbs) and her fur is laying flat down. When I walked into the petstore a little concerned she wouldn't be pure breed, one of the employees there said: Oh what a cute American Eskimo ????? What??? I then became quite unsure of her being what the lady told me she was going to be! I looked up pics of a pom - eskimo mudd online - and guess what? My pup and half of those pics I found looked identical - I now am really concerned - I paid big $$$$ for her, but I will follow up on this case and do whatever it takes to get my money back and shut that place down! This place is disgusting as can be - it stinks, there's poop all over the place, they are very unorganized and employees seem they don't really know what they are talking about. The owner never asks me how my dog is doing, or shows any concern whatsoever ... she is just after the money! DISGUSTING!
Don't even bother - it's too much headache

Worst place. The owner is not friendly at all. The puppies looked sad and ill. I ended up buying pig from there. She was advertised as a micro mini, but ended up being a regular farm pig. Also, I don't think they had the license to sell such animals. Never buy pets from this place.
