I was transferred three times and then got a busy signal and cut off and my only question was, do you handle construction loans! The website indicates that you do. Why doesn't any of your staff know that? Why couldn't I get a person to speak to? My mother has several accounts with your branch and I'm on the accounts. I'm going to suggest that she switch to another bank entirely!
