This review is for their brunch. Accompanied by three beautiful women, I was able to find this hidden gem next to 99cent store on Sunset in Silver Lake. Seriously, forget that I worked in this area for 2 years, I never knew this beautiful place was always available for all of us for the brunch...
Atmosphere/Decor: 5 stars.
Beautiful and enchanting. From the natural green color schemes of the patio, bamboo and short palm trees filled "cliffs" where beautiful decks of outside patio seatings lay, big umbrellas you see in South East Asia, and comfortable bench seatings with full of fluffy pillows, the setting is amazing. I made a huge mistake of not checking out the restroom.... or inside of the building for that matter.
Food: 4 stars.
Simple, straight forward food that leaves you pretty satisfied, but doesn't impress. We had crepe filled with poached pears with mascaporne cheese ice cream, smoked salmon crepe, rainbow trout munier and one more thing my friend had I can't remember... The execution of food is not nearly as beautiful as the surroundings you are eating in. The menu, presentation and the language of the menu, presentation of the plate, fine tuning of the cooking are all recommended if this place is looking for to be recognized for food.
Service: 3 stars.
The least memorable part of the experience was the service. The server was not knowledgeable or engaging. She didn't tell runners who ordered what, as we saw every single thing first came to the wrong person. The service was over all slow, resulting us to having to wait for 2 drinks for 5 minutes after the other 2 arrived, 10 minutes for a pot of tea, and leaving one entree missing for 5 minutes when other three were all there on the table.
With the help of beautiful company and the surroundings, I really had one of the best "girls" time in a long while. This will be my favorite spot for brunch in my favorite east side Hollywood neighborhood and I will be back.

It is so nice. It is not a place that is hot on the scene so you can just go and eat. it is hidden away so it is mostly people who live in the area. The food is good and the place is beautiful

Unless you know it's there, you won't know it's there. This place is great--one of the coolest dining spots in the LA. Not sceney, good food, incredible ambiance. Their menu is seasonal and always delicious.

The food is really good and the atmosphere is soothing as you walk around outside. On the inside you feel very relaxed. The service is good and the prices are reasonable.
