Mina Motors

I have used Mina motors in the past and while I beleive they are a little overpriced, I have attributed that to their city operating cost. I also felt the service was generally pretty good; however, in my last visit left me very unhappy as I beleive I was quoted a different make tires than was installed on my car. When I brought this to their attention, the denied the quote I am sure that I heard and agreed to. My major problem was that instead of exploring options to rectify the situation, they kept insisting they were right. What ever happened to the first rule of customer service? This will be my last visit to Mina.

I would suggest to anyone to use Mina Motors! The mechanics are very helpful, they call if they need to talk to you, and call when the car is ready. They review and write down what you want done, their bills are legible and specific to the work completed. They even took it upon themselves to fix a light I had out (which I forgot about), but get this, they called me first, which is awesome. In addition I totally forgot about Emissions, they reminded me and were able to do everything that day. If your a female and don't want to be taken advantage of this is the place you want to go! They have seperate people working the register so you aren't waiting around for someone to notice you.
