This is the best I've had in NYC. You can't beet it for quality, price, service. We asked one time and was told they buy there fresh foods daily. I'm surprised it's not always packed! Spread the word.

The place looks depressed. The silverwares are all scratches.Food is pricey.I ordered curry that only have 5 chunks of meat for $15.And we saw r o a c h e s on the wall I told the waiter and he didn't respond properly.

I love pad thai, and I've tried a lot of thai places in NY trying to find a good one. I found a few, including Pooket. The outside doesn't seem very impressive, and the inside isn't that much better. But their food is authentic thai, and they make their pad thai exactly how I like it: not too watery or dry or ketchupy (that sickly, sweet taste). The ambience really isn't much, but it's great for take-out and the prices are reasonable, especially compared to the restaurants around the mid-town area (unless you're looking for bar food).

The service is great in this cute little establishment - there is always a place to sit during the busy lunch hour, however that is no indication of the quality of food which is always excellent! The miso soup will make you want to lick the bowl and the dressing on the salad appetizer is so good! The portions are huge - and you will find yourself eating every last bite!

This has to be one of the worst Thai restaurant. Portion is small. Price are expensive. We ordered Calarmi for appetizer (portion small and calarmi tastes rubbery); Pad See Ew and Curry Duck. The price on the take out menu doesn't match the price on the dine-in menu. They already increase the price in the take-out menu. (You can actually see the price get cross out and wrote in the new price.) However, the price in the dine-in menu is $1 more than the adjusted dine-out menu. I wanted to leave when I saw the price discrepancy. However, it was late. My girlfriend and I didn't feel like finding another restaurant to go to. Overall, not recommended.

Food good. Like most Thai people, staff very helpful and friendly. Surroundings small and tidy. Seemed to attract a good crowd . Over all a good experience and will be one for the BOOK !

We ordered some food from this Pooket Thai Restaurant today and found a big piece of glass from the food. All of us were scared. The manager called back didn't want to do the refund. Because this was a delivery order he was not sure WHO put glass in it. Also asked what kind of authentic we were. NEVER order food from this Pooket Thai again!!!

I'm amazed. Nobody's ever there. Food is meh not really tastey and oily.

Dinner for 2, instead of sitting us at a normal table, I got a curve booth when NOBODY was there. So random.

Decent price.

The food is nothing spectacular, but the prices are fair. Great Thai decor and a cozy atmosphere for an intimate date. Serive is great! Good value.
