Did I just pay to get molested???
I recently paid for a massage while spending a weekend with my family at the Cancun resort just off of the las vegas strip. My wife and I decided to get the couples massage and take a quick break from the kids. Instead of a relaxing hour to ourselves, what we got was molestation and bad service. First, the guy who gave me my massage was clearly gay and kept touching me in an inappropriate way. Since this was my first massage, I thought nothing of it. However, my wife saw what was happening and, once we were back in our room, told me that he should not have been sticking his hand up the front of my towel. I called to complain and spoke to a very rude man who answered the phone. He basically called me a liar and hung up the phone. In short, I feel violated and will never use this company again. If you are a woman, you probably dont have much to worry about {although the women who work there are all a little butch}. If you are a man, I would not go here unless you are looking for an HJ!
Pros: none come to mind
Cons: molestation by staff

best locals day spa
Locals, we have found the place to be for massages and facials! I recommend the Anti-Stress treatment and the Timexpert Anti-wrinkle facial! I felt like a whole new woman! I loved that the spa is small and I was treated like a woman who wanted to be pampered for her birthday. From the website, to the phone call to book the appointment, to meeting everyone in person, I was treated like royalty. I also liked that they offer internet specials on their website that you can not get anywhere else in Las Vegas! I will be back soon to try the coffee treatment next!
Pros: friendly staff and knowledgeable therapists and estheticians
Cons: not enough rooms, no sauna or steam rooms

Best Deal on Las Vegas Blvd.
I found Hands On Massage by seaching for massage in Las Vegas on Google and their citysearch reviews came up. I read through the reviews and looked at the website and chose to call for myself. I spoke with Gina and she was very helpful answering my questions about massages and facials. Since my family was staying down the street at another timeshare, we wanted to see what Cancun Resort had to offer since we can trade points to stay there on our next trip to Las Vegas.
The resort is just relaxing. We loved the pool area. The Hands On website had a picture of it on their site. Even prettier in person. We were not surprised that they had a small spa due to the comments on city search. We booked 5 massages and 3 of us also had facials. We were really happy with our massages and facials. I did not find any thing negative with our experience and we plan on staying at Cacun Resort in June when we come back to Las Vegas for our summer visit.
I do recommend booking in advance to get the time you are looking for due to them being a smaller facility. They only have the basic ammenities such as massage, facials and body treatments. There is no steam room or locker/changing rooms. This did not matter to us, again we loved our treatments and wanted to pass on some details to help others with their decision to go to Hands On Massage. Their prices are great and they give great massages and facials. My husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage.
See you in June! I will bring in a copy of my review for my discount Gina. Thank you for letting me know.
Thank you Sandy, Ben, Beth, Terry, Guiselle and Luc, you guys were great!

Pros: beautiful resort, small and more focused on you as the client, easy to find, clean, professional, highly skilled
Cons: no steam room, dry sauna

Wonderful Valentine Day Week Experience
My name is Sandy and I surprised my husband for Valentine's Day and took him to Hands On Massage & Spa as a nice treat for us both since we work all the time and do not take time to relax and pamper ourselves. I booked our appointments with Gina and she was very helpful with her suggestions. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and then went into my Time Expert Facial, it is a wonderful anti-aging facial for women who need tightning and have lines in their face, I could not believe the difference in one treatment. I had my husband do his facial first and he had the Gentleman's Facail with Sandy, he loved it. Guys, you need to do this for your skin. I keep telling my husband, you need to use product on your face or I will be looking 45 when I am 60 and he will look 75 when he is 60. So listen to a women, get on some product, Hands On has great homecare product, I bought some for my husband and he is using it, or else. He had a 90 minute deep tissue massage as well.
I also chose to upgrade our package and get the relaxation and roses as well. I wanted more than an hour of time so Gina was so great to fix it so we could get it all. The Chocolate covered Strawberries were to die for.. oh they were good and the roses were a beautiful touch to give us the sense of relaxation and a lovely day together. We will be back and I am definately getting on the series of the time expert facial treatments for my face. They also have one that is called the "Lift" just like the word, it lifts your face. Can't explain it but I took some samples and I did see and feel a difference in the skin with just using the sample pack at home.
I read over the reviews before posting mine and read the review that the gentleman wrote about his review this week. You as readers need to realize, some people have expectations that are way to high. Wether it be the Four Seasons or a massage school, it is about the experience. My experience was wonderful. John needs to go to Four Seasons & pay more.
Pros: smaller spa and we felt like the focus was on us, not 20 to 40 guests at the same time. Great customer service and very polite and professional. Loved it!
Cons: it is in a temporary location but it did not bother us, like I said, it is the experience not the size of the spa. If you want a jacuzzi and robe service, go spend twice as much at a big spa.

Ask these question prior to going and then if you are ok with the answer, visit the spa
FAKE REVIEW ALERT__ RIGHT AFTER A NEGATIVE REVIEW COMES A POSITIVE REVIEW. ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE "LV" IN THE USERNAME and most within a day of the negative review. ALL HAVE ONLY REVIEWED ONE BUSINESS. VISIT THIS SPA PRIOR TO BOOKING. COMPARE USER NAMES ON ALL REVIEWS and almost all reviewing only one business. I WAS CHEATED! VERY SAD SIR!
Call and ask these questions to make sure you are comfortable prior to visiting.
1. Is the spa is in a two bedroom hotel suite.
2. Can you clearly hear noise from the lobby and parking lot (car alarms) in the massage rooms.
3. If you get a whirlpool, is it in the bathroom of the suite with the toilet inches away ask the size of the tub because it is small. They said they will post picture for the future.
4. There is no waiting room prior to your treatment, you wait in the lobby where the phone is ringing and people are conducting business.
5. The water they offer is simply a very small Dixie type cup with the water from a sparklets type dispenser. No lemon water pitchers. :(
6. The lighting in the massage room is recessed lighting that shines in your eyes when you are on your back.
Ok now for subjective information.
We were expecting more and that did taint our visit, they should of told us some of the above information. The room was cold and had dirt on the floor. I did talk to the owner, after reading about his focus on customers I thought he would make it right with me. He is very nice and professional. However the phone conversation ended up with the following comments:
We were the last massage of the day and that is the reason the floors were dirty
They can't control if a car alarm goes off (work on sound proofing the room) could also here horns.
1000's of couple like the whirlpool experience (ask the size of the tub and there is a toilet next to it)
He will talk to the massage therapist about missing an entire body part (feet).
Pros: small spa with nice people. Owner was very willing to listen to my complaint.
Cons: FAKE REVIEWS In a two bedroom hotel room that can be loud and cold
