Life Savers
100 degrees & boiling hot house. West Coast guy came within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Fixed air conditioner, replaced filter and it works for last week or so even better than before. I recommended their services to my uncle in reseda already. Thank you.
Pros: Thumbs up
Cons: Thumbs up

The WORST Service Ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
These guys are liars and very, very unreliable!! I made 2 appointmens with them to fix the A/C because they never showed up for the 1st appt and then was 1 DAY LATE to the 2nd appointment. I should've known from the day they came to give a quote - the guy showed up 5 minutes before the END of the 3-7pm window, and the guy was really rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. Then he never showed up for the 1st appt to fix the A/C and for the 2nd appt, he was supposed to get here by 7pm, but didn't call me until 7:45pm & told me he would rather come the next morning. So he was supposed to show up at 8am the next morning, but didn't show up until 8:30am & said he could finish in 15 mins, but didn't finish until an hour later. So rude and big liars! DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!! The total cost came out to $750 for a condenser motor and fan blade. If my A/C breaks in a few weeks like it did for the other reviewers, I will take them to Small Claims Court for sure!
Pros: none
Cons: expensive, rude, unreliable, liars

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE WEST COAST CHIEF REPAIR
I wouldn't give this company a one star rating. The worst repair experience in my life. These people are 100% incompetent. Call another repair service.
Pros: none
Cons: liars

Can't go wrong with them!
These guys are AC specialists. i needed my ac repaired because it just wasn't cooling anymore. i though it was just going to be some filter replacements but they actually cleaned my entire condenser and everything was working perfectly. Trust them, they have enough experience to do what ever is necessary to make an AC work.
Pros: FAST, good prices.
Cons: the tech i had didn't speak fluent English. Job was done great!

LIARS!!!!
I had West Coast Chief come do an inspection of the AC system of a house I was buying, and they said it was fine, maybe just needed some freon. Less than two weeks later, it broke. I called them to come back, and they said it needed a new motor, for $1,150. When I asked them why they didn't tell me it needed a new motor when they inspected it, they said these things just happen, and you don't know when they'll break. So I paid the fee, and then tried to get a reimbursement from my home warranty company. The warranty company called West Coast Chief to investigate the claim, and West Coast Chief said that they told me the motor broke because it needed a maintenance cleaning, and that they told me this during the inspection. LIE. They told me it broke because it just broke. So the warranty company denied the claim, calling it a pre-existing problem with the AC. If it truly needed a maintenance cleaning, and they had told me this during the inspection, I could have negotiated a reduced price on the house. They either lied to me, or they lied to the warranty company, or both, but I would never use them again. I stopped payment on the check, and I intend to take them to small claims court.
Pros: None
Cons: Everything about them.
