When I first walked by this restaurant, I immediately knew I wanted to eat here. The wonderful aroma and the atmosphere looked great and was clean. We arrived at around 1:30 p.m., the restaurant was about 75% full and we were seated promptly. The food was great. The samosas were typical with three different sauces for dipping. The mango lassi was refreshing. The butter naan was not your ordinary flat naan, this naan was fluffy and soft and my daughter loved it. The murag makhani (butter chicken) was delicious! I recently had the butter chicken at another restraunt in San Jose, however, this murag makhani from Mehfil tasted like the cook used quality ingredients that made it cut above the rest. The service was good. I asked the waiter if they had navaratan korma, he said its not on the menu, but he can have them prepare it for me. Well, I decided not to order it only because I knew my daughter and I could not finish it. The basmati rice was included in our order and it tasted and looked good. The food was delicious and affordable.
Pros: Fast service
