This place is awful. The pizza tastes like cardboard and the salad couldn't be worse if they were trying. I've had to have them pack up my food several times because washing lettuce took more than an hour. I finally resolve to stop coming here. The food at the hospital cafeteria is honestly better.

I get the same thing every time I go - the Panzanella salad pizza (sliced chicken, sun dried tomatoes and onion on a pizza crust with pesto sauce on it and melted mozzarella) with creamy Parmesan dressing - yum!!! It feel decadent and healthy all at once (more decadent, I'm afraid).

Several critical issues:

Service:
It was poor. The restaurant was almost empty, only three tables of customers including us. However, we had to wait until our waitress finished having a drink at the bar before she reported to our table.
Food:
The old location in Virginia Highland will surely be missed. My family had our usual but it was neither the quality nor the quantity of the old location. The food was mediocre at best.

Atmosphere:
We had completed our meal and were about to ask for to-go boxes when a roach crawled up the wall behind our booth. When my spouse notified the manager, his response and body language appeared as if roaches in his establishment were ??old hat?, nothing eventful. While on the other hand, we were mortified. But not more than when he killed the roach with a cleaning towel and place his/her remains in the bus boy??s dishpan. To compound the issue he never offered to comp our food, but merely gave a halfhearted apology. Only when the waitress mentioned the incident did we receive twenty dollars off on our fifty-dollar bill.

Everybody's pizza is a classic! The pizzas are amazing and the salads are big enough to share. If you're in the area, stop by to enjoy honest to goodness pizzas that are loaded with ingredients.

Had I written this review a year ago, Everybody's would be a lock for 5-stars and at the top of my best Atlanta pizza list. Since then things have changed. I've now experienced what the Atlanta pizza scene was missing in Varasano's and Antico. Both those places are just a cut above anything Atlanta had to offer before.

With that said, I still love Everybody's and always will. And it's still damn good pizza, but here it's obvious that it all starts with the toppings, which are indeed excellent. But the serious pizza man, as I've learned, knows that great pizza starts with great crust. Now I'm not saying I think Everybody's crust is bad, but it's not the highlight.

One thing I love about Everybody's (and I've only ever gone to the Decatur location) is the atmosphere. It's the quintessential laid back but not dirty hangout appropriate for college kids and/or their parents. A quick glance at the awards and plaques posted on the walls will show you how well thought of the pizza has been through the years.

I will say that it can be a bit pricey, but the weekday lunch special is among the best around. It includes an individual pizza, a salad, and a beer, wine, or soda for just $6.95. That'd be a good deal even if the pizza had never won a thing!

Pros: fresh toppings, creative pizza variations, lunch special

Cons: a bit pricey for dinner

I recently grabbed a pizza and salads to go and just wanted to give a big thumbs up! Although I have been a customer for over 30 (!) yrs I still love this place. The pizza crust is unlike any other in ATL . A nice balance between thick and thin . They have tons of fresh quality toppings and really pile 'em on. The mixed field green salads are wonderful (a small is more than enough for 2 people) with great homemade dressings. The creamy parmesan-peppercorn is my fave. The bartenders (Todd and Ashley) are super friendly and never act like taking care of to-go customers is an unwelcome chore.
Even tho I have moved farther OTP over the years, this place is definitely worth the drive!

Everybody's Pizza is good, although service can be hit or miss. The lunch deals are good, if you can get in before or after the noon rush. I think the full pizza prices are a little high, so it's not as great a deal for dinner. But the pizza, salads and other appetizers are always good and seem to be made with fresh ingredients.

I came here a lot during college and it was always decent. The salads and sandwiches are served with/on pizza bread, which is a nice change. If I just wanted pizza I would probably go somewhere else though.

This place has been open since the 70's and being 23... I've been coming here since I was a tiny tot. I honestly don't care for italian because alot of the time it's just bland in my opinion... BUT.. everybodys knows what they're doing, they do it well. A little bit on the pricier side for italian (I'm frugal about dining out) ... but it is worth it... they use fresh ingredients and the pizza crust has the perfect crunch.

Pros: Yummy pizza and a warm collegiate atmosphere near Emory

Cons: $$ the food costs a bit more than I would care to pay everytime I want pizza....

I like Everybody's, but we only eat there once in a while since they're menu doesn't really offer very healthy food - but it's pizza, so what can you expect? I really like their pizza sandwiches, which are basically a pizza folded in half with ingredients spilling out and a sauce to dip into. The Chicken & Cheese sandwich is very good. The pizzas are pretty good, depending on what you get. These aren't your typical tomatoey tasting pizzas - more like a pub version of California Pizza kitchen, if you're looking for a point of version. The service is usually friendly, and the Decatur location is definitely faster and better than the Va Highlands location. In particular, the bartenders are quite friendly whenever I drop in for carryout. It's not a date place, but a good local neighborhood spot to meet for a casual meal and drink. It's across the street from Emory, so there are always a lot of college kids there. If I had to choose between Everybody's and Saba around the corner, it's Everybody's, hands down. If I'm in the mood for ""real"" pizza, I'd probably head over to Fellini's instead.

I remember when Everybody's was half the size it is today. I went there for pizza on the day that the college book store next door burned down. Everybodys was closed to assist with the emergency. Everybody's is an insititution in itself. We eat there at least 2 or 3 times each month. We bring out of town friends and family there for the special Everybody's Pizza and salad. The food is fresh and always delicious. The parmasan salad dressing is as outstanding as the pizza. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the wait staff are always pleasant and helpful. Go there and enjoy!

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. We had it delivered - was cold when it got here. It was too spicey - the cheese tasted horrible and the crust was FAR from thin crust. All the ingredients were sitting in the middle of the pizza and to top it all off - IT WAS HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE.\r
\r
I guess coming from Chicago I've been spoiled by great pizza! This place doesn't even come close. Will never eat here again.

Today I had to see an eye specialist at Emory Hospital, and was extremely hungry after my appointment. The Emory University campus offers very little, so I just walked over to the neighborhood Emory Village. Alot of the old places are now closed-Horton's Drugstore, The Cedar Tree and others. But alas, Everybody's Pizza is still alive. It has been at least twenty-five years, since I've walked through those doors. And it was like walking back to my college days. Started with an excellent mixed greens salad, with home-made Pameasan dressing and anchovies. Yum! Got the house special ""Everybody's Pizza"", individual size. The toppings were all fresh and excellent-peperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, and topped with an extra order of Mozz. Cheese-straight out of my hippie days, when all fresh veggies were used. No fancy gourmet toppings here, just good healthy toppings, like we all remember. Loved our server. Much too young to be a hippie, she dosen't even know what the word means. Loved the classical music in the background.

I read some good reviews of this place. So I called and order a large pie for delivery. It came quickly and hot. But, that was all that was good. The pizza cost $16 and change... I gave the driver a $20, he went to leave, I asked for change. He said ""how much do you want?"" I said all of it. He handed it back, then I gave him $2. The crust was 2-3 times thicker than it should have been and it tasted like white bread. The crust, sauce and cheese- ALL BLAND. I swear, Papa John's is much better, and I dont even like papa johns...

30 years ago I thought Everybody's was the most overrated pizza place in town. After recently spending some time on the Emory campus I tried them again, and my opinion is still the same. \r
\r
The pizza has a very thick bready and doughy crust. The sauce isn't spicy enough. The toppings are skimpy, which is fine because they're also not very flavorful. This is a very bland pizza. If you prefer chewy bread to real pizza, Everybody's is your place. \r
\r
The restaurant itself is a cut above the average hole in the wall. It's going for something between little bistro and dump. The walls are brick with lots of big windows. Parking can be a problem as the lot next to the restaurant is small and serves several other shops in the area. The staff is friendly but the service is only average. \r
\r
My opinion is that Everybody's has managed to survive and thrive in this location for decades only because it's located at the edge of the Emory University campus. College students are notorious pizza consumers and not especially demanding. Everybody's probably figures into a lot of pleasant memories of college days, but it's not because of the food.\r
\r
If you're in the neighborhood and famished, it's an ok place to go. Definitely not worth going more than three miles out of your way for though (and that's ROUND TRIP!).\r

I LOVE Everybody's Pizza! It is one of the very best pizza joints in town. Organic salads are available with a huge variety of healthy choices for toppings. And the red wine vinaigrette is AMAZING! The pizza comes with a hefty amount of toppings, and there is a huge variety of toppings to choose from as well. My favorite is the goat cheese and tomato pizza. Delicious! But, the standard pepperoni is also a fave. Highly recommended!

Hi
i went to everybody's pizza today for the first and last time. I asked the server if the Roasted Peppers were done i house and she looked at me as if I was from another planet. She told me they were peppers. I asked again if they were made in the kitchen or already roasted. she mumbled some answer, that I couldn't understand. The pizza was just fair with a bland sauce and few artichokes. The crust was fair but too thick. It was a nice looking place with enough parking, especially for the area.

I got a veggie combo from Everybody's Pizza: mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and extra cheese. This was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The crust was OK--crisp and chewy--but the rest of the pizza was a disaster. The sauce was bland, the veggies were sparse and flavorless, and the cheese was layered on so thickly as to absolutely drown out everything else. Throw in the hefty price ($25.80 for an extra-large) and I'd say you're better off at Domino's down the street, as long as you're not looking for frou-frou toppings.

Everybody's Pizza is far better than any of the ""chain"" pizza parlors in the Atlanta area..the location and originality are second to none and did I also mention that the pizza is fabulous !! There are also other menu items that complement the various pizzas that are offered (everybodys salad) and the cozy college atmosphere and diversity in the clientele is a testament to their popularity in the area. They undoubtedly have the best pizza in Atlanta!!!
