This is a nice hotel, the staff is friendly, decor is nice, prompt/friendly room service and good food. My only gripe is they did not pick up the food trays or drinking glasses from the rooms or hall ways (some folks left theirs in the hall) for about 24 hours, which is kind of gross.

Pros: Great service!

Cons: Housekeeping needs work.

Fabulous hotel, room, people, bar, breakfast and location. Walking distance to the best shopping district on the East Coast - 5th and Madison Avenues! Spent 2 nights and 3 days and felt like Cinderella the entire time. The bar is especially captivating at night. Breakfast was delicious. The concierge was truly helpful as they got us a last minute RSVP at a very busy and well known restaurant. The view from our window prominently displayed the Empire State building. I love you New York!

Pros: Location, Style, Everything

Cons: None
