specializes in selling gmc and pontiac cars  5 Star Rating - World class

I have not personally bought anything from here but we have shopped around here several times. If we would have been approved they did have some really nice vehicles on the lot. I would have chosen several of them. They were not pushy sells people like some are. They had a nice building and it was pretty clean. I find them to have great deals I would recommend them

Horrible Customer Service 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Ferguson Ponica has horrible customer service, by both their car salesmen and the managers. We were told by two different people that we would hear back from them shortly, and "we'll be able to help you". They sent us a letter and that's why we went to them... we should've taken our time and gone somewhere else. They said they would do something, and didn't follow through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...even for car salesmen.
