Barnaby's has great pizza and the price is reasonable. When I went, the service was great and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going here if you want tasty food!

Ate here after reading about it on Citysearch - great pizza and we really liked the casual atmosphere! Watched the Cubs game while we waited for our food and loved the pizza. We will definitely go here again when we are in Chicago.

Barnaby's is a popular hotspot for families and friends. Barnaby's also has a good clientel of little league kids, as their pizza is not messy or difficult to handle. The pizza is a very thin, crispy crust so it is easy to hold or cut. Great for families!

The pizza here is the best around and the price is a good deal. The inside dinning is family friendly but loud and they really need to update the decor. I've been coming here for years and nothing has changed. So my advise do a carry out

Pros: great pizza, good price, kid approved

Cons: bad decor and noisy

This pizza joint seemed to cater to families and not worry so much about the food. The restaurant appeared to have an older feel, as if the decor had not been updated in 30 years. We ordered a salad, cheese sticks and a vegetarian pizza.

This place reminds me of pubs at college. Wooden booths, loud overall "ambience", dark and smoky.
But, after trying SO many pizzas, we are convinced that this wins a top rating in the thin crust category. Cornmeal bottom and a good

Pros: great pizza, cold beer, come as you are

Cons: often many loud kids, self serve, no delivery

Perhaps my experiences at Barnaby's have been marred by the Des Plaines location like a previous reviewer here. Nevertheless, the service at the Niles location was marginally better. What bugged me the most was the lack of flexibility

Pros: child-friendly, 70s style pizza place

Cons: dungeon-like decor, horrible service, mediorce food at best

In Short
Families and couples order at the counter and wait for their numbers to be called, sinking into wood tables and benches and sipping brews picked up at the bar. The thin pies are hand-tossed and topped with gooey cheese,…
